1本次教学我出现了以下几个主要问题:
（1）教学过程中学生缺乏主动性。
例如：
提出问题后，学生没有积极主动地举手回答。
（2）上课时表情较单一，板着脸，表情僵硬。
没有和学生必要的眼神交流。
（3）在学生回答问题错误的情况下，没有合理的纠正错误。
语言出现了混乱。
（4）部分话语指令出现了混乱。
第一句，在说scantheparagraph3and4andfillintheblanksinthegivensentencesinthetable的时候重复了几次scantheparagraph3and4
2这个问题是如何产生的呢?
（1）可能是问题过难，学生难以回答。
也可能是我的教学指令不明确，学生不知道干什么。
也有可能是我没有很好地调动课堂的气氛。
（2）缺少教学经验，再者课前准备不足，练习不足。
（3）缺少教学经验，不知道如何运用过度语言，如何使用正确简介的语言在此种情况下。
（4）课前准备不足，练习不足，再加之一定的紧张情绪。
3为什么这样处理不合适呢?
（1）不足以带动课堂气氛，提高学生学习的兴致和效率。
也使教师在教学过程中增加了难度。
可能会影响教师对学生掌握知识的程度。
忽略一些学生能力较弱的学生，影响教学效果，难以起到预期的作用。
（2）教学死板，不足以带动课堂气氛，提高学生学习的兴致和效率。
（3）容易误导学生，影响学生对错误的认识能力以及改正能力。
也可能造成学生还是不清楚这个问题，为什么是这个答案，而不是那个。
（4）熟练程度不够，指令不明确，使学生产生疑虑，不清楚任务，影响教学任务的进程也浪费了课堂宝贵的时间。
4如何解决这个问题呢?

（1）调查学生，找出具体问题，再具体解决。
如果是问题过难，学生难以回答。
以后可根据学生的学习程度降低难度。
如果是我的教学指令不明确，学生不知道干什么。
那我应该以后着重注意这一部分。
如果我没有很好地调动课堂的气氛，那应该通过活泼的语言和多样的适合这个年龄段的教学形式来提高学生的兴趣。
（2上课前多演练几次，并让指导老师监督并提出意见。
（3）多多对优秀教师的一些教学视频进行反复研究分析，尤其是在这种情况下语言的运用。
（4）课前多演练，仔细琢磨自己将要说的每一句话，做到流畅自然。

2这个问题是如何产生的呢?
（1）当时有点紧张，一时忘记了英文表达方式
（2）应该是watchthevideo,说成了，seethevideo
（3）计划35分钟，结果用45了分钟

（5）学生没有学会视频中的歌曲。
3为什么这样处理不合适呢?
（1）因为是英语课，作为老师要尽量营造英语学习的情境，尽可能用英文来表达清楚。
（2）低年级学生没有判断正误的能力，且模仿性强。
教师出现错误，会对学生产生极不良影响。
（3）课堂时间有限。
（4）会使教师和学生陷入尴尬的境地，且影响课堂氛围，打击学生自信心。
（5）视频是个很好的教学资源，它不仅可以吸引学生的注意力，而且可以极大地提高学习效率。
4如何解决这个问题呢?
（1）多看优秀教师的上课视频，学习别人是如何讲的既通俗易懂又说明了问题。
（2）上课前对教师的每句话进行反复斟酌，确保不出现此类低级错误。
（3）上课前多排练几次。
（4）课前多方面了解学生的学习水平及认知能力。
（5）最大限度利用视频，精力，时间可以在视频上多分配一点。
