Thisequipmentincludesdouble-layercooker（specifiedinanotherparagraph）,syrupstoragetank,filter,meteringpipe,dosingpump,gearpump,micro-filmcookerunit,depositor,coolingsystem,andelectriccontrolbox.

1.Deliveryinstallationandservice

1.1Delivery

Delivery,unpackingandinspecting

Micro-filmcookingdepositinglinehasbeeninstalledandtestedbeforedeliveryasafullsetoftheplant.Butthemachinemustbeseparatetoseveralsmallpartsfortransportationduetoitsbigvolume,theeventoflossordamagemaybehappenduringthetransportation,soseveralaspectsmustbetakeattentionafterthemachinearrivedasbellow:

Checkthecargowhethercorrespondingtotherequirementoftheorder.

Checkthedamageofallthemachineorparts:

whetherthemachineorparthasbeendamaged,thepackingdamagescanindicatethedamagesofthemachine.

Pleasecontactusifthemachineorpartshavebeenlostordamaged.

1.2Unloadingsafety

pleaseunloadedandremovedthemachinesasfollow:

1）micro-filmcooker

（1）Mustbeattentionforthecenterofgravitythatisatthecenterofthemachine.

（2）Themachinecanbeunloadedormovedbybiggerthen2tonscranewithsteelwiresandapipethatthediameteris57throughtheframe.

（3）Themachinecanbeunloadedormovedbybiggerthen2tonslifter,thearmsoftheliftermustlongerthen1.9m.

2）thedepositper

（1）Mustbeattentionforthecenterofgravitythatisatthecenterofthemachine,andthepointoftheliftforeareunderthetwocross-beaninthebottomofthemachine.

（2）Canusedthesteelwiresthroughthecross-beantoliftthedepositer,butmustbeavoidedthesteelwirespressmachineotherpartsabove.

（3）Canusedthewoodblocktoadjustedthemachine’slevelwhenusedtheliftertounloadedormovedthedepositermachine.

1.3Installation

1.3.1Notes

Micro-filmcookingdepositinglinecanconnectwiththeoutsidesteampipedirectlyasfullsetplant.Itmustbeguaranteetheinstallationofpipeisinarightcondition.

Itmustbecleanthepipecompletely.Otherwisethepump,valvesandfiltershouldbedamagedbythesundries.Itisnotpermitthesundriesmixedwiththesteam,pressureairandcoolingwater.Pleaseinstallthefilterifnotguaranteethesteam,pressureairandcoolingwaterarepureness.

1）Canusetheswellscrewtofixedthestoragetankontheearth.

2）Micro-filmcookercanplacedonthegrounddirectlyforitsheavygravity,butthefloormustbeinagoodflat,otherwisemustbeusedthetriangularironcushiontomakethemachineinagoodlevel.

3）Depositorcanplacedonthegrounddirectlyforitsheavygravity,butthefloormustbeinagoodflat,otherwisemustbeusedthetriangularironcushiontomakethemachineinagoodlevel,andbetterusedthe10cmthickrobberboardtocushionthemachinesatthesame-timetoprotectedthemachinesgetrusty.
