hasacompleteelectricalsafetyprotectionmeasures,overcurrent,overvoltage,undervoltage,overload,withoutwaterandsocanself-diagnosisandfaultalarm.

Toensurenormalwatersupplyarea,theuseofPLCcontrolfrequencycontrolwatersupplysystem,accordingtotheneedsofuserson-demandwaterpumpflowadjustment,accordingtolesswateratnightcanonlyopenasmallflowpump,andtomeettrafficdemandsofusers,sotruealwaysmaintainasystemofenergy-efficientbest.

Withtherapidsocialandeconomicdevelopment,urbanconstructionexpandingthesizeofthepopulationincreaseandrisinglivingstandardsofurbanwatersupplyquantity,quality,stability,higherandhigherrequirements.SmallandmediumcitiesinChina,especiallytheoldwaterplantwaterplantautomaticcontrolsystemconfigurationisrelativelybackward,thecontrolunitdependsondutypersonnelmanual.Controlprocesscumbersome,butcannotmanuallycontrolthepressureofthewatersupplynetworkandwaterlevelchangesinatimelymannertorespondappropriately.Toensurethewatersupply,ofteninover-pressureconditionunitrunning,notonlylowefficiency,powerconsumption,andalongperiodofChengshiguanwangoverpressurerunning,exposureisalsoveryseriousloss[7],constantpressurewatersupplysystemsarebecomingincreasinglypopular.

1.CharacteristicsofWaterSupply

WaterSupplyreferstotheamountofwaterregardlessofthesizeoftheusersegment,thetotalalmostconstantpressuretomaintainthenetwork,sothateachpartcanmeetthedemandforwaterusers,notthemotoridling,resultinginenergywaste.

ifa#,2#pumpsarestandby,thedirectconversionofKai#3,thespecificprocessandthepumpsimilartotheswitch.

Similarly,ifwaterpressureintheupperlimit,ifthe3pumps(assumedtobe1#,2#and3#),running,runningdownto3#pumpfrequency,whenwaterpressureisstillattheupperlimit,thenaftersometimedelayStopthepump1#3#pumpdrivefrequencyfromrisingrapidly,ifthesubsequentpressureisstillattheupperlimit,thedelayperiodoftimetostopthepump#2.Thistransitionprocess,whicheffectivelyreducethefrequencyofthepumpstartandstop,whiletheactualpipenetworktorespondtothepressurefluctuationspriortoadjustquicklyfromthedrivetomakeasmoothtransitionpressure.Thepast,constantpressurewatersupplysysteminthehighpressure,usuallybystoppingpump,thentheinverterfrequencyoperationmodetoswitchtothefrequencyisrunthepumptobeadjusted.Thisswitchmeans,intheory,cutthefrequencythanthedirectwayadvanced,buteasilyleadtofrequentpumpstartandstop,thusreducingthelifeoftheequipment.Andwedesignedthissystem,fordirectsuspensionfrequencypump,whiletherapidadjustmentbythefrequency,aslongastheappropriateparametersettings,youcanachievetheimpactofpump-freeswitching,sothatasmoothtransitionpressureiseffectivetopreventpressurelarge-scalefluctuationsandlowwaterpressurewhentheshort-termwatershortagesandimprovewaterquality

3.Thebasicprincipleoffrequencyconversionwatersupply

Atpresent,thefrequencycontrolinpotablewaterapplicationsinthebuildingtothewatermorewidely,mainlydueto:

(1)Frequencyofwatersupplywaterpressureadjustable,youcaneasilymeettheneedsofavarietyofwaterpressure.Inthedesignstagecanreducethecalculationaccuracyofthewaterpressurerequirements,becauseanytimeyoucaneasilychangethewaterpressure.However,shouldpayattentiontoselectingapump,thepumpheadshouldbelarger,becausethefrequencycontrollimitsthemaximumpressurebythepump.Minimumoperatingpressureshouldnotbetoosmall,becausethepumpdoesnotallowhighflowatlowliftlong-termoverloadofwork,orshouldincreasethecapacityofthedriveandpumpmotorstopreventoverload.

(2)Atpresent,theinvertertechnologyisverymatureinthemarket,therearemanydomesticandforeignbrandsofconverter,whichprovidedforthefrequencycontrolwatersupplysufficienttechnicalandmaterialbasis.Inverterhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousdepartmentsinthenationaleconomy.Anybrandofdrivecontrollerandfrequencyofwatersupplywith,youcanachievemoreconstantpressurewatersupplypumpsinparallel.Widelyusedaswatersupplybuildings,somedrivemanufacturerstodesignthecontrollerdirectlytodointhefrequencyofwatersupplyinverterwatersupplysystem;

Thisdrivehasgoodreliability,easeofuseadvantages.

(3)frequencycontrolwatersupplywithexcellentenergysavingeffect.

Bythepump-theprincipleknowntopipedwater,regulatingwaterflow,inprinciple,twoways;

firstthrottle,openingalargewatersupplyvalve,theflowincreased;

offasmallwatersupplyvalve,theflowdecreased.Thesecondmethodistoadjusttheflowspeedadjustment,thepumpspeedincreases,waterflowincreases;

inthepumpandfanspeedcontroltechnologyastheNationalNinthFive-YearPlanfocusedonthepromotionofenergy-savingtechnologyprojects.Shouldbenotedthattheeffectofconstantpressurewatersupplymainlydependsonenergy-savingchangesinwaterflowandpumpareasonableoption,inorderforconstantpressurewatersupplywithexcellentenergysavingeffect,constantpressurewatersupplyshouldbeusedmorewaterpumpsinparallelmode.Constantpressurebyanumberofpumpsinparallelmulti-invertersupplytheoryshowsthatconstantpressurewatersupplypumpsinparallel,aslongasoneofthepumpisthepump,therestisthepumpfrequencycanbeachievedconstantpressurevariablewatersupply.WaterConstantPressurevariableamongthepumpflowisvaried,whenthepumpisthelargestoftheparallelpumps,constantpressurewatersupplycanbeguaranteed.

Moreconstantpressurewatersupplypumpsinparallel,thedesigncanbeachievedundertheconstantpressurepumpefficiencyofthefrequencychange(duetothesameconditions),andmakeitworkinhighefficiencyarea,pumpflowischanging,itsefficiencywiththeflowratechange.Pumpsinparallelbecauseofmulti-pressurewatersupply,reducethepumppower,whichcanreducethemulti-pumpsysteminparallelconstantpressurewatersupplyenergy,improveenergysituation.
