1.0scope适用范围
1.1ThisspecificationcoverstheSECCOminimumrequirementsformaterials,fabrication,installationandapplicationofinsulationonpipingandequipmenttobeusedinColdService.
本规范涵盖了赛科对管道和设备冷保温材料、预制、安装和使用的最低要求
1.2Thisspecificationexcludesinsulationforbuilding,ventilation,airconditioningequipmentandducts,fireproofing,coldboxesandstoragetanks.
本规范不包括建筑物、通风、空调设备和水管、消防和储罐的保温。
1.3ThespecifiedmaterialsmaynotbeavailableinChina.Supplierofmaterialsshallsubmittechnicaldatasheetincludingindependenttestresultfortheirproposedmaterialforapproval.SECCOortheirrepresentativeandSEIwillassistinlocatingsuitableinsulationmaterialinCHINA.
规范材料应在中国可能在中国无法买到。
供货商应提供其推荐材料的技术参数表和独立方材料检验结果报告以供批准。
SECCO或其代表及SEI将极力坚持使用中国当地的合适的保温材料。
2.0SUPPLIERRESPONSIBILITY供货方责任
2.1Anyconflictbetweentherequirementsofthisspecificationandrelatedcodes,standards,datasheets,drawings,requisition,etc.,shallbereferredtoSECCOortheirrepresentativeforclarificationandresolution.
任何与本规范要求和相关规定、标准、参数表、图纸、请购单等的不一致应提交给SECCO或其代表澄清或解决。
3.0REGULATIONS规定

4.0DESIGN设计
4.1Definitions定义
4.1.1Theterm"
ColdService"

4.1.1.1Itincludesanti-sweat,whichappliestooperatingtemperaturesbelowtheambienttemperaturesthatcancausecondensation.

4.2SpecificRequirements标准要求
4.2.1TheinsulationproductsreferencedbytradenamewithinthisspecificationarelistedintheAttachmentstosetastandardofquality.EquivalentinsulationproductofotherManufacturerswillbeacceptableifapprovedinwriting.
保温产品的参照品牌及其技术规范在附录中列出，并作为质量标准。
其他厂家的等同产品经书面同意后方可接受。
4.2.2Insulationshallnotbeappliedtoanypiping,vesselsorotherprocessequipmentuntilsuchitemshavebeeninspected,testedandapprovedfortheintendedservices.
未经检查、试验和批准的保温材料不得用于任何管道、容器和其他工艺设备。
4.2.2.1Incaseswhereitisnecessarytoinsulatebeforecompletingtheabovework,priorwrittenapprovalmustbeobtained.
在完成上述工作前如需进行保温的，须事先取得书面同意。
4.2.3Onlyprovenstress-corrosionsafeinsulationmaterialshallbeappliedoverstainlesssteel.
只有腐蚀应力安全合格的保温材料才能用于不锈钢。
4.2.3.1Materialscontainingmorethan10ppmofchloridesshallnotbeusedonausteniticstainlesssteel.
氯含量大于10ppm的材料不得用于奥氏体不锈钢。
4.2.4Offsitepipingthatdoesnotrequireinsulationforprocessand/orsafetyreasonsneednotbeinsulated.
工艺和/或安全原因无保温要求的现场外管道可不要求保温。
4.2.5Asbestoscontainingmaterialsshallnotbeused.
含石棉的材料不得使用。
4.2.6Allinsulationandfinishshallbeappliedusingthebestmodernpracticeandfinishedworkshalldisplayaneatappearance.
所有保温和表面处理都应采用最现代化的工艺，表面工程的外观应整齐。
4.2.7GalvanisedZinccoatedmaterialnotbeusedindirectcontactwithstainlesssteelequipmentandpiping.
镀锌涂层材料不得直接与不锈钢设备和管道接触。
4.2.8Stainlesssteeljacketingshallbeusedforequipmentandpipinginfireproofedareas.Aluminiumjacketingshallbeusedinnonfireproofedareas.
不锈钢夹套用于消防区设备和管道，铝夹套用于非消防区。
4.3ExtentofInsulation保温范围
4.3.1General总则
4.3.1.1TheEquipmentInsulation,PaintingandFireproofingListlistsequipment,i.e.,vessels,towers,heatexchangers,machinery,etc.,andthePipingLineListlistslines,whicharetobeinsulatedinaccordancewiththisspecification.
设备保温、刷油和消防表列出设备，如容器、塔、热交换器、机器等；
管线表列出根据本规范需保温的管线。
4.3.1.2Thenormaloperatingtemperature,requiredthicknessofinsulationandinsulationrequirementcodeareallpertinentinformationcontainedintheabovedocuments.
标准操作温度、要求保温厚度和保温规范在上述文件中都提供了恰当的信息。
4.3.1.3Theinsulationrequirementcodeindicateswhattypeofinsulationisneeded.
保温要求规范指出适用何种规范。
4.3.1.4Thethickness’givenontheschedulesarethoserequiredforthesizeoftheline/equipmentshown.
不同尺寸的设备管道的保温厚度在厚度表中给出。
4.3.1.5Thickness’presentedontheschedulesdonotincludefinishthickness’.
厚度表中的厚度不包括表面厚度。
4.3.1.6Ifinsulationisunavailableinthickness’shown,thenextlargerthicknesscommerciallyavailableshallbeapplied.
如果厚度表中没有适用的保温厚度，可以采用下一个大的厚度。
