3.Whileitmaynotalwaysbepossibletopreventstress,thereareanumberofwaysinwhichitcanbecontrolled.Thefirstthingthatthetraineeslearnishowtomanagetheirtimeeffectively.Thisinvolves,firstofall,settingrealisticgoalsforboththeshortandlongterm.Oncethisframeworkhasbeenestablished,tasksarethenprioritisedonadailybasis.Thetraineesarealsoremindedthatwhentheyareunderpressurethelessimportantitemsshouldbeleft,andtheyshouldneverhesitatetodelegate.Everyoneisencouragedtolookatwaysofreducing'
