I.培养目标和要求
CultivationGoalandRequirements
培养目标：
本专业培养具备金融学方面的理论知识和业务技能，能在银行、证券、投资、保险及其他经济管理部门和企业从事相关工作的专门人才。
培养要求：
本专业学生主要学习货币、银行、投资、保险等方面的基本理论和基本知识，参与相关业务的基本训练，具有金融领域实际工作的基本能力。
CultivationGoal:
Tocultivatespecializedtalentssystematicallywiththebasictheoriesandtechniquesoffinance.Studentsarequalifiedtodoactualinvestigation,banks,securities,insuranceandplottinginenterprises,andotherbusinessandmanagementdepartments.
CultivationRequirements:
StudentsatthisspecialtymainlyfocusonthebasictheoriesandknowledgeonMoney,Banking,Investigation,andInsuranceandsoon.Atthesametime,thestudentsarealsoexpectedtohavethebasicabilitiestodoactualworkinfinancecirclethroughthebasictrainingaboutthemethodsandtechniquesoffinance.
II.学位要求
DegreeRequirements
参加《1+2+1中美人才培养计划》的学生须是较为优秀的学生，并且在到达美国特洛伊大学后的一年内托福成绩需达到500分以上。
参加《1+2+1中美人才培养计划》的学生需要在甘肃农业大学修最多60学分的专业课程后转去美国特洛伊大学学习，之后在该校完成68学分的课程学习，其中包含至少54学分的专业课程，才能获得美国特洛伊大学学士学位。
本计划是以2006-2007年教学计划为基础的。
两所大学之间每一学年将彼此联络、核实计划情况；一旦有课程改变，将修正本计划。
1+2+1freshmentothisprograminChinaareadvancedhigh-caliberstudents,andaTOEFLscoreof500atleastwithinone-yearstudyatNorthCarolinaUniversityatPembroke.
A1+2+1studentmusthaveamaximumofsixty（60）credithoursforworkfromGansuAgriculturalUniversitybeforehistransferringtoTroyUniversity.Andhewillhave68credithourswithatleast54credithoursinMajorRequirementsatTroyUniversityBSdegreeineconomics.
Thearticulationplanisbasedonthe2006-2007catalogs.Eachuniversityshallcontacteachothertoverifytheplaneachacademicyearortomodifytheplanifthecurriculumchanges.
