不过，让人意想不到的居然是英国的亨利八世就出生在这里，当然也不能生在公园里，但是却是降生在这座公园里的一座宫殿里。
要是这么说起来，这座公园的历史可以推算到十二和十三世纪。

Soit’snotjustaboutgrassandtrees.GreenwichParkhasawholelotofwildlifetoo.

其实小兔彼得正是这个连环画作者BeatrixPotter女士的宠物。
BeatrixPotter从她的宠物兔Peter的身上获得了灵感，于1893年创作了PeterRabbit的形象。
BeatrixPotter女士在英国不但是一位杰出的画家还是一位慈善家。
深受英国人民的尊重。
