五、运动分析
节臂与机架连接的销钉处设置一个伺服电机,设置轮廓,规范选“位置”,“模”选常数“-75.91”,点确定。
打开分析定义,运行获得汽车直行时传动机构位置,如图
重新编辑定义伺服电机,使其反向;
设置轮廓,规范选“速度”,“模”选常数“10”,点确定。
打开分析定义,时间设置为3,这样最大外转角即为30度。
点运行。
运行结果为左转弯最大位置,如图
点击测量结果。
新建测量1,以节臂与连杆销钉连接的轴线为测量点,类型选位置,评估方法选每个时间步长。
类似地新建测量2,唯一不同在于测量点选取梯形臂与连杆销钉连接的轴线。
分别出图
分别点文件选输出Excel。
图表如下图
β角的Excel复制到α角Excel里,再加入理想值,以方便对比。
