YZRW起重及冶金用涡流
一、概述
YZRW起重及冶金用涡流制动三相异步电动机（简称涡流制动电动机）是一种新型的调速电动机，它由YZR系列电动机和感应式涡流制动器组成，应用于各种型式的起重机械中电力传动和调速。
电动机具有较大的过载能力和较高的机械强度，因此，它特别适用于那些短时或断续工作制频繁起动，制动，有时过负荷及有显著的振动与冲击的设备。
涡流制动器的电枢与电动机同轴旋转。
当励磁绕组通入直流电时，涡流制动器产生的力矩与电动机的力矩相反，起动制动力的作用，使电动机的转速降低。
通过调节涡流制动器励电流的大小，即可达到调节电动机转速的目的。
涡流制动器采用关环或闭环控制，调速范围可从电动机额定转速调至同步转速的1/5~1/10。
感应式涡流制动器结构简单，使用可靠，维护方便。
YZRW涡流制动电动机与其配套的控制装置所组成的调速系统，调速性能好，设备投资费用少，配套方便，具有调速平稳，不受负荷正反方向的限制，在任意负载下均能达到电动机的稳定低速运转和低速安装，就位准确等优点。
电动机的功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC72推荐标准。
涡流制动电动机绝缘等级为F级和H级别有两种，F级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过40℃的场所，H级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过60℃的冶金场所，两者具有相同的参数。
涡流制动电动机具有良好的密封性，用于一般环境的涡流制动电动机，其电动机外壳防护等级为IP44，用于冶金环境的涡流制动电动机，其电动机外壳防护等级为IP54。
YZRWRongeofCraneandmetallurgythree-phaseinductionwithcurrentbrakd（Calledaseddycurrentbrakeelectricmotorbelow）isanewadjustable-speedmotor,andconsistsofYZRrangeofmotorandinducitioneddy-currentbrake.Itisusedforadjustingthespeedofvarioustypesofelectricmotorhasbiggeroverloadcapacityandmechanicalstrength,soitisespeciallysuitableforthoseequipmentswhichoperateatshorttimedurationorintemittently,frequentlystartandbrakeandsometimesoperateatanoverloadofpresentsignificantvibrationandshock.
Anarmatureoftheeddycurrentbrakeandamotoraremountedinthesameshaftandrotatetogether.WhenanexcitingwindingpassesthroughD.C,theeddycurrentbrakeproducesatorquewhichisoppositetothatofthemotor.Thetorqueactsasabrakingforce,makingthemotorspeedslowdowm.Theadjustmentofthemotorspeedcanbecarriedout,byadjustingthemagnitudeofanexcitingcurrentofthebrake.Theeddycurrentbrakeiscontrolledbyopenloporclosedloop.Thespeedadjustmentrangesfromtheratedspeedofthemotorto1/5~1/10synchronousspeed.
Inductiontypeeddycurrentbrakeisrationalindesign,reliableinoperation,simpleinconstructionandeasytomaintain.Theadjust-speedsystem,consistingofYZRWeddy-currentbraketypemotorandcontrolmatchedwithis,isgoodinadjust-speedcharacteristic,lessininvestmentindevice,easytomatch,smoothadjust-speed,notrestrictedbyclockwiseofrounterclockwiserotationdirectionofload,andabletoachievesmoothandlow-speedoperationandtocarryoutlow-speedmountingtoholdinplace.
OutputsandmountingdimensionsareinaccordancewithrecommendationIEC72,whilerelationshipbetweenoutputandmountingdimensionisinagreementwithJEM1202,similartoDIN42681andchangeablewithit.
ThemotorcanbemadeintobothclassFandHinsulations,classFissuitableforplacewhereambienairtemperatureisnotinexcessof40℃,andclassH,notinexcessof60℃,formetalurgicalplacebutparametersofbotharethesame.
Theeddycurrentbraketypemotorissealedwell.Forthemotorforuseingeneralenvironment,thedegreeofprotectionbyenclosureisIP44;forthemetallurgicalenvironment,thedegreeofprotectionbyenclosureisIP54.

二、工作方式及技术数据
电动机的额定电压为380伏，额定频率为50赫，制动器励磁绕组的电源为直流，励磁电压不超过220伏。
涡流制动电动机适用于断续周期性负荷，根据负荷的不同，电动机的工作方式分为S2、S4和S5三种。
电动机的基准工作方式为S2，基冷负载持续率为FC40%，涡流制动器的基准负载持续率为FC15%，YZRW涡流制动电动机的技术数据见表1。

选用电动机时，各种起重及制动状态均需按等效发热折算成每小时等效起动次数。
以该等效起动次数确定电动机的定额，折算的方法：
点动（最终速度不超过额定转速的1/4）一次相当于0.25次起动。
电动机（制动到额定转速的1/3）一次相当于0.8次起动。
折算典型例子见表2。
