TheAD7768hasthreemodes:

fastmode(256kSPSmaximum,110.8kHzinputbandwidth,51.5mWperchannel),medianmode(128kSPSmaximum,55.4kHzinputbandwidth,27.5mWperchannel)andecomode(32kSPSmaximum,13.8kHzinputbandwidth,9.375mWperchannel). 

TheAD7768offersextensivedigitalfilteringcapabilities,suchasawideband,low±

0.005dBpass-bandripple,antialiasinglow-passfilterwithsharprolloff,and105dBattenuationattheNyquistfrequency. 

Frequencydomainmeasurementscanusethewidebandlinearphasefilter.Thisfilterhasaflatpassband(±

0.005dBripple)fromdcto102.4kHzat256kSPS,fromdcto51.2kHzat128kSPS,orfromdcto12.8kHzat32kSPS. 

TheAD7768alsoofferssincresponseviaasinc5filter,alowlatencypathforlowbandwidth,andlownoisemeasurements.

Thewidebandandsinc5filterscanbeselectedandrunonaperchannelbasis. 

Withinthesefilteroptions,theusercanimprovethedynamicrangebyselectingfromdecimationratesof×

EmbeddedanalogfunctionalityoneachADCchannelmakesdesigneasier,suchasaprechargebufferoneachanaloginputthatreducesanaloginputcurrentandaprechargereferencebufferperchannelreducesinputcurrentandglitchesonthereferenceinputterminals.
