　　Idleindustrieshavecastworkersintounemployment,causinghumanmiseryandpersonalindignity.Thosewhodoworkaredeniedafairreturnfortheirlaborbyataxsystemwhichpenalizessuccessfulachievementandkeepsusfrommaintainingfullproductivity.

　　Butgreatasourtaxburdenis,ithasnotkeptpacewithpublicspending.Fordecades,wehavepileddeficitupondeficit,mortgagingourfutureandourchildren'

sfutureforthetemporaryconvenienceofthepresent.Tocontinuethislongtrendistoguaranteetremendoussocial,cultural,political,andeconomicupheavals.
