2.TemporaryWaterandPowerSupplyCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofoverallplanningandimplementationfortemporarywaterandpowersupplydeploymentanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors.

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofconfiguringfull-timetemporarywaterandpowersupplymanagerialpersonnel，whoshouldsubmittoGeneralContractor“Subcontractingusepowergeneralschedule"

withinstipulatedperiod，aswellastosign“Temporarywaterandpowerusemanagementagreement”withGeneralContractorwithinoneweek。

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Useoftemporarypowersupplyapplication”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentasperproductionrequirementsateachstageforapproval.

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofsafetymanagementoftemporarywaterandpoweruseandacceptdailyinspectionfromGeneralContractor，aswellasrectifythediscoveredproblemsduringinspectionandmakereplyimmediately.

3.TemporaryFacilitiesCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofoverallplanningandimplementationfortemporaryfacilities，formulatingusageallocationschemeanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors。

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Useoftemporaryfacilities（office,living）applicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentasperproductionrequirementsateachstageforapproval。

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofmaintainandmanagetemporaryfacilitiesuseandacceptdailyinspectionfromGeneralContractor,aswellasrectifythediscoveredproblemsduringinspectionandmakereplyimmediately。

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofapplyingoverallacceptanceandhandovertoGeneralContractoraftertemporaryfacilitiesusagecompleted.

4.MaterialandEquipmentMobilizationandDemobilizationCoordination

Thesubcontractorsshallsubmitdetailedmaterial，equipmentmobilizationapplicationscheduleinaccordancewithGeneralContractor’sconstructionprogresstoconfirmmaterial，equipmentname,specification,modelandmobilizationtime。

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofmaterialmobilizationanddemobilization,whoshallpreparedocumentswhichinclude，butnotlimitedto，materialtype，transportationmode,qualityassurance,etc.aswellassubmit“Material/equipmentmobilizationanddemobilizationapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentforapproval.

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofabidebyGeneralContractor'

ssitematerialandequipmentmanagementsystem，pileupmobilizedmaterialandequipmentingoodorder,acceptdailyinspectionfromGeneralContractor,aswellasrectifythediscoveredproblemsduringinspectionandmakereplyimmediately.

5.VerticalTransportationCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofoverallplanningandimplementationforverticaltransportationequipment,formulatingprojectverticaltransportationschemeanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors。

Thesubcontractorsshallsubmit“Subcontractverticaltransportationequipmentuseschedulesheet"

toGeneralContractorforapproval.

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Useofverticaltransportationapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmenteverydayasperdailyconstructiondemandforapproval.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofplanningallsubcontractors’verticaltransportationequipmentusesituationasawholeandformulatingandpublic“Dailyusedistributionsheetofverticaltransportationequipment”,aswellascoordinateandresolveemergentproblemsamongsubcontractorsforusingverticaltransportationequipment.

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofconfigurefull-timestafftomanageverticaltransportationwithinsubcontractorsandcooperateGeneralContractortocoordinateandresolveemergentproblemsamongsubcontractorsforusingverticaltransportationequipment。

GeneralContractorisinchargeofarrangingverticaltransportationequipment’skeepandmaintenance，attachment，jackingtimereasonablyandgivetopublicitytimely。

6.PublicOperationPlatformCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofformulatingoverallplanforpublicoperationplatformanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractorsinaccordancewithcontractorganizationorentrustsubcontractorstoerect，dismantleandmaintainpublicoperationplatform。

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Dismantleofpublicoperationplatformapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentforapprovalduetotheneedofaltering,dismantlingplatform,dismantleshallbeconductedonlyafterobtainedtheapproval，whichcouldbeusedonlyafterinspectionandacceptanceofdismantlingandalteration。

GeneralContractorisinchargeofsupervisingpublicoperationplatform’susecondition,handlingmisusetimely.

7.PublicSecurityProtectionCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofunifyingpublicsecuritystandardinaccordancewithcontractorganizationorentrustsubcontractorstofitwithpublicsecurityprotectionfacilities，aswellasdelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors。

GeneralContractorisinchargeofpublicsecurityprotectionandsupervisionwithinpublicarea,thesubcontractorsareresponsibleforsecurityprotectionandsupervisionwithinworkingface。

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Dismantleofpublicsecurityprotectionapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentforapprovalduetotheneedofaltering，dismantlingsafetyprotection,dismantleshallbeconductedonlyafterobtainedtheapproval，whichcouldbeusedonlyafterinspectionandacceptanceofdismantlingandalteration.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofmanagingsecurityprotectioninconstructionsiteasawhole，aswellasexecutesupervisionandacceptanceworksforsafetyprotectiondismantlingandalteration.

8.SiteElevationAxisCoordination

GeneralContractorisresponsibleforpreparingoverallsurveycontrolscheme，establishingLevel1planeandverticalcontrolnetwork,mainaxis,elevationcontrolnetworkswithinsitearea,aswellasmakeidentificationandcarryoutdailymaintenance，meanwhiledelivercontrolpointandcontrolaxisdisclosuretosubcontractors，finishhandoverworks。

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofconfiguringqualifiedsurveyors,surveyinginstrument，calibratesurveyinstrumentperiodicallyandsubmittoGeneralContractorforregister.
