大家好!

今天，有幸和大家一起交流班主任工作的经验和总结，我非常的高兴。

我选取了几个案例，以此谈谈我对班主任工作的感言。

（一）把爱的阳光洒向每一个角落

任何人都喜欢好孩子，任何一个老师都喜欢品学兼优的学生。

喜欢一个缺点明显的孩子，恐怕不是每一个老师都能做的。

牛君文，刚刚入班时，废话连篇，扰得四邻不安，他们小组的成员经常找到我，要求把牛君文调走。

我知道，开学之初，一旦调走了牛君文，对牛君文的教育将会失去最佳时机。

那么在班内，各组的六号，也将有被歧视被驱逐的可能。

于是在这种情况下，我召开了是否随便调走本组成员的主题班会。

我问学生：

“每一个人都会犯错误，当我们的小组成员犯错误时，是发配边疆，还是帮助他改正缺点?

”“如果你是小组的六号，你喜欢被尊重，还是喜欢被孤立?

”“我们班的考评是以小组为单位的，作为小组的一员，你愿意因为你自己而拖小组的后腿吗?
