Thehousingindustryisaformofeconomicactivityisaroundthelevelofresidentialconstructioninthenationaleconomy.Housingindustrytoacceleratethetechnologicaldevelopmentofresidential,enrichandimprovetheresidentialaccessoryproducts,optimizetheresidentialdevelopment,operationandmanagementofaseriesofeconomicactivitiesingeneral.Itssteelstructureintheformofsteelresidentialbuildingsystemwasabasisforclassificationofbuildingsystem,abranchofthebuildingsystem.Thesteelstructureresidentialbuildingsystemsforminglater,lessstudythemathomeandabroad.Withthefurtheruseofsteelintheconstructionsector,steelresidentialdevelopmentwillenteramoreadvancedstage,steelresidentialbuildingsystemwillalsobecomeanindependentandcompletebuildingsystem,andpeoplepayattention.

socializationoflarge-scaleproduction,steelresidentialinvestment,development,design,construction,

ForeignhousingindustryisupdevelopmentafterWorldWarII.Nationaleconomiesintherecoveryperiodarethehousingshortageandtheresidentialcapacitylow.Inthe1950s,someEuropeancountrieshadsolvedtheproblemofhousingshortage,settingofftheclimaxofindustrializationofresidentialbuildings,causingarevolutionoftheresidentialconstructionfield.Tothe1960s,residentialconstruction,industrializationacrossEurope,andextendedtoJapan,USA,France,Canada,Australiaandotherdevelopedeconomies.Residentialindustrializationfromquantitativedevelopmenttoqualityandimprovethetransitionofthedirectionofthehousingproductionandmanagement,standardizationandsocialemergence,residentialmodernizationbeginsinearnest.Buttherearedifferentcountriesinthehousingindustryofthehistoricalbackground,economicstatus,nationalpolicy,thefocusofdevelopmentandachievements.
Accordingtoreports,thelightsteelstructureofthefastestgrowingintheUnitedStates,1965youngsteelintheUnitedStatesaccountedforonly5%oftheconstructionmarketin1990roseto53%.1993haverisento68percentin2000,hasrisentomanycivilianhouses,villasandresorthousingwithsteel.U.S.residentialconstructionmarketdevelopimproved,residentialcomponentsandpartsstandardization,serialization,anditsspecialization,commercializationofthehighlevelofsocialization,almost100%[5].Therearekindsofconstructionmachinery,equipment,apparatus,rentalofaverydeveloped,andcommercializationofupto40%.U.S.residentialconstructionisnotsubjecttotheimpactofWorldWarII,itdidnottaketheEuropeanlarge-scaleprefabricatedroad,butfocusontheresidentialindividualizedanddiversified.U.S.residentialconstructionofmoreinthesuburbs,mainlylow-riselightsteelkeelstructure,inaccordancewiththesamplesortheirsatisfactionwiththeprogramdesignhousing.Thereareresidentialproductcatalogonthemarket,theprocurementofmaterials,components,parts,commissionedbythecontractorconstruction.Andwhichischaracterizedbystandardized,serializedcomponentparts,mechanizationofconstructionatthesite.

3.Weldingsimulationofconstructionprocess
Weldedstructureisanobviousfeatureisthelargeweldingstressanddeformation.Weldingproduction,thevastmajorityoftheweldingmethodusingthelocalheating,soinevitablywillproduceweldingstressanddeformation.Weldingstressanddeformationmaynotonlyleadtohotcracking,coldcracking,brittlefractureprocessdefects,andundercertainconditionswillaffectthecarryingcapacityofthestructure,suchasstrength,stiffnessandcompressionstability.Therefore,inthedesignandconstructionprocesstakefullaccountofweldingstressesanddeformationofthischaracteristicisveryimportant.Modelthegeometricdimensionsof100mm×
