1.3Keypoints

DuetothespecialcharacteristicsofIPnetwork,newwaysshouldbeemployedtoregeneratethetiminginformationofE1signalflowsthroughtheLANportsIntheE1TOIPsystem.Asimplemethodistomakethetwoendpointsworkingatthesync-clocknetwork,thussystemcandirectlyregenerateE1outputsignalsbythelocaltimingmode,meanwhileachievelownetworkdithering.However,it’salmostimpossibletorequestallthedatanetworkstobesynchronous,therestorationofE1signalsdirectlydependsonthereceivepackets.Moreover,thenetworkinfluencesuchasdithering,packetloss,andsoon,makesitunabletoemploythenormalclock-regeneratemethod.

Inordertoconquerthesedifficulties,weexploitanewtechnologyofalldigitalclock-regenerationbasedonthestatisticprediction.

2.1Projectpreparation

Findoutcontractinfo,goodsinfo,projectdocuments,knowtheman-hourandtimelimitoftheproject,makeclearthecustomerrequirementandinstallationenvironment,andthenaccordingtotheaboveinfo,writea“projectexecutionscheme”,whichshouldbeexaminedandapprovedbytheleaderincharge.Internalpersonnelmeetingshouldbeholdtocheckthepreparationbeforetheprojectcarriesoutwhenitisneeded.

2.2Installenvironment

Makesuretheinstallenvironmentsuchascable,groundwire,workroomconstruction,powerandsoonwhenpreparingfortheproject.Allthespecificconditionsbelowshouldbeexamined.

2.2.3Assistantequipments

BeforetheinstallationofTDMOIP,ifotherequipmentsarealsodemanded,makesurethatallofthemarereadyforwork.Forinstance,checkoutwhetherLANSwitch,WirelessBridge,transmissioncableareinstalledandqualified.

2.2.4Groundwire

Thecentralgroundofinputpower,calledcrustground（orguardground）,isdirectlyjointedwithcrustbybolt.Makesurethecrustgroundiswellgroundedtoresistelectromagnetisminterferenceandguaranteethatfaradismandleakagecurrentflowingtothegroundsafely.CrustgroundedpointisaM4bolt,locatedonthebackboardofbody.

Linkoneendofthecrustgroundwire（anaccessoryofTDMOIP）tothecrustgroundedpoint,andtheotherendtothenearestground.

IfTDMOIPisinstalledonthe19-inchstandardmachinecabinet,linkthegroundwiretothePGNDpointinsidethemachinecabinet.Orifitinstalledontheoutsideofmachinebox,makesureitwellgroundedaswell.

Well-groundedisthemostimportantguaranteeofLightningproof,anti-jamming,andreliableoperation.Takeseriousexaminationofthespotgroundconditions,andmakesurethatallisright.

2.2.5Installcondition

Whethertheequipmentisinstalledbetweenthecorridorelectric-wellsorinsidethemachinecabinetorontheworktable,makesureallofthefollowingitemsareingoodcondition:

●Checkwhetherthereisenoughspaceleftintheportofair-breathingandair-drainage

●Checkwhethermachinecabinetandworktableareequippedwithgoodradiatorandair-breathingsystem.

●CheckwhethermachinecabinetandworktablearefirmenoughtosustainthewholeweightofTDMOIPanditsaccessories.

2.2.6Otherestablishment

Inthemachinemanagementhouse,severalothergoodsarealsoneeded,suchascomputertable,chair,electricaloutlet,telephone（foroutsidecommunication）,andsoon.
