没有发展,就没有我们现在的生活,没有发展,就没有强大的国防,没有发展,就会受到外部敌对势力的欺压。
鸦片战争、抗日战争,我们虽然没有经历过那个年代,但仅从史书的记载的文字足以让我们心寒,让我们所有的国人都为之愤慨。
所以,没有发展真的是不行。
谈到发展,很容易理解,发展就是通过一代人两代人以及无数代人的艰苦奋斗而得到的成果。
这之间就牵涉到一个关键字“人”。
目前,以胡锦涛同志为党中央的优秀共产党人,通过多年来的深入实践,提出了以人为本的科学发展观,这一实践成果已经成为大家耳熟能详的至理经典,是一个伟大的理论创新。
而发展,它在科学发展观理论里面有着重要的位置——是科学发展观的第一要义。
坚持以人为本,树立和落实全面、协调、可持续的发展观,它是我国改革开放30年以来的实践经验总结,符合社会发展的客观规律。
经验表明,一个国家坚持什么样的科学发展观,对这个国家的发展会产生重大影响,不同的发展观往往会导致不同的发展结果。
回眸过去的历史,展望未来的前景,在当今新的时代条件下,应该坚持以人为本,实现全面、协调、可持续的发展。
从我国建国到现在,每一代的领导人在各自的执政期间都提出了一些有关发展的思想,如:
毛泽东主席在《学习马克思注意的认识论和辩证法》里面写到,“人类总是不断发展的,自然界也总是不断发展的,永远不会停止在一个水平上。
因此,人类总是的不断地总结经验,有所发现,有所发明,有所创造,有所前进。
”邓小平主席在《在武昌、深圳、珠海、上海等地的谈话要点》中就直接提到“发展才是硬道理”。
江泽民主席《在庆祝中国共产党成立八十周年大会上的讲话》中说到,“推进人的全面发展,同推进经济、文化的发展和改善人民物质文化生活,是互为前提和基础的。
人越全面发展,社会的物质文化财富就会创造得更多,人又越能推进人的全面发展”。
从建国以来我国共产党员领导同志在实践中所研究出的优秀理论成果来看,得到一个基本的结论,人需要发展,社会需要发展,国家需要发展。
那么同等意义上来说,对我校亦是如此。
我校地处西部,是国家教育部直属学校,是西北地区教育事业的带头机构,承担着推进教育改革、促进教育发展的重要职责。
切实抓好学习实践科学发展观活动,对于我校当前的发展和长远的进步,有着十分重要的意义。
