二、水库安全管理工作全所干部职工牢固树立“安全贵如生命，责任重如泰山”的安全管理理念，对工程安全运行工作高度重视，尖山庙水库所处地理位置特殊，东、西两侧邻近村庄，过往行人、车辆较多，水库安全管理显得尤为重要。

通过强化水库运行安全管理，保证了水库的安全运行。

1、水库运行管理人员在工作中，牢固树立“安全贵如生命，责任重于泰山”的理念，认真贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，坚持定时巡逻值班，切实履行水库大坝巡视检查岗位职责，及时发现并掌握工程运行中出现的异常情况，为主管部门正确决策提供了参考依据。

今年9月，管理所结合水库工程运行特性和供水管理实际，自主编写了《水库运行管理手册》，更深一步增加了水库管理人员对水库、大坝、管道的了解。

值班人员对出现有小孩到库区游玩、嬉水的情况，及时跟踪向其家长和周围村民劝告、宣传，以示警告。

截至水月日灌溉结束，共完成灌溉面积亩次，灌溉供万立方米，水费收缴四、多种经营工作万元，水费任务完成占年计划的%。
