Generally,longandcomplicatedsentencesaremoredifficultforthereadertounderstandthanshorter,simpleones.Longsentencescanmakebusinesslettersclumsyanddifficulttoreadandthushinderclearcommunication.Whileshortonesareeasytoorganizeandarecomparativelycasualandcolloquial.Shortsentencesareoftenusedindailyandunofficialbusinesscorrespondence.Forexample,
