Tobepackedinnewstrongwoodencase（s）orincarton（s）suitableforlongdistanceocean/airfreight/parcelposttransportationandwellprotectedagainstdampness，moisture，shock，rustandnumeroushandling.TheSellershallbeliableforanyrust，damageandlossattributabletoinadequateorimproperprotectivemeasurestakenbytheSellerinregardtothepacking.
5.SHIPPINGMARK（唛头）
Onthesurfaceofeachpackage，thepackagenumber，measurement，grossweight，netweightandthewordings”HANDLEWITHCARE”，“RIGHTSIDEUP”，“KEEPDRY”，thehoistingpositionandthefollowingshippingmarkshallbestenciledwithfadelesspaint.

（1）IncasebyL/C:
TheBuyer，uponreceiptfromtheSelleroftheshippingadvicespecifiedinClause11hereof，shallopenanirrevocableLetterofCreditdayspriortothedateofdelivery，infavouroftheSeller，foranamountequivalenttothetotalvalueoftheshipment.TheCreditshallbepayableagainstthepresentationofthedraft（s）drawnontheopeningbankandtheshippingdocumentsspecifiedinClause10hereof.TheLetterofCreditshallbevaliduntilthe15thdayaftertheshipmentiseffected.
（2）IncasebyCollection:
Aftershipment，theSellermaydrawontheBuyeratsightandsendthedraft（s）togetherwiththeshippingdocumentsspecifiedinClause10hereof，totheBuyerthroughtheSeller’sBankersandtheBankofChina，Beijingforcollection.
IncasebyM/TorT/T:
PaymentshallbeeffectednotlaterthantwoweeksafterreceiptoftheshippingdocumentsspecifiedunderClause10ofthisContract.
11.DOCUMENTS（单证）
（1）TheSellershallpresentthefollowingdocumentstothepayingbankfornegotiation:
（a）Incaseofsea-freight:
Fullsetofcleanonboardoceanbillsofladingmarked“FreighttoCollect”/”FreightPrepaid”，madeouttoorder，blankendorsed，notifyingChinaNationalForeignTradeTransportationCorporationattheportofdestination.
Incaseofair-freight:
Onecopyofairwaybillmarked“FreighttoCollect”/”FreightPrepaid”andconsignedtotheChinaNationalForeignTradeTransportationCorporationattheairportofdestinationnotifyingtheBuyer.
Incaseofairparcelpost:
OnecopyofairparcelpostreceiptaddressedtotheBuyer.
（b）FivecopiesofInvoice，indicatingcontractnumberandshippingmark（incaseofmorethanoneshippingmark，theinvoiceshallbeissuedseparately），madeoutindetailsaspertherelativecontract.
（c）FivecopiesofPackingListwithindicationofshippingweight，numberanddateofcorrespondinginvoice.
（d）TwocopiesofCertificateofQualityandQuantityissuedbythemanufacturerasspecifiedinItem
（1）ofClause15.
（e）AcopyofcableortelextotheBuyer，advisingshipmentimmediatelywhenitismade.
TheSellershallsendtogetherwiththeshipmentonecopyeachoftheabove-mentioneddocuments，withtheexceptionofItem（e）ofthisClause，totheChinaNationalForeignTradeTransportationCorporationattheportofdestination.
12.TERMSOFSHIPMENT（装运条款）
IncaseofFOBTerms:
（1）TheSellershall，40daysbeforethedateofshipmentstipulatedintheContract，advisetheBuyerbycableortelexoftheContractNo，Commodity，quantity，value，numberofpackage，grossweight，measurementanddateofreadinessattheportofshipmentfortheBuyertobookshippingspace.Shouldanypackagereachorexceed20tonsinweight，10metersinlength，3.4metersinwidthand3metersinheight，theSellershallprovidetheBuyerwith5copiesofpackingdrawingindicatingthedetailedmeasurementandweight50daysbeforedispatchofthegoodssoastoenabletheBuyertoarrangetransportation.
（2）BookingofshippingspaceshallbeattendedtobytheBuyer’sShippingAgents，ChinaNationalCharteringCorporation，Beijing，China.
（3）TheBuyershall，10daysbeforetheestimateddateofarrivalofthevesselattheportofshipment，notifytheSellerofthenameofvessel，estimateddateofloadingandContractNo.fortheSellertoarrangeshipment.TheSellerisrequestedtogetinclosecontactwiththeshippingagents.Whenitbecomesnecessarytochangethecarryingvesselorintheeventofherarrivalhavingtobeadvancedordelayed，theBuyerortheShippingAgentsshalladvisetheSellerintime.
Shouldthevesselfailtoarriveattheportofloadingwithin30daysafterthearrivaldateadvisedbytheBuyer，theBuyershallbearthestorageandinsuranceexpensesincurredfromthe31stday.
（4）TheSellershallbeliableforanydeadfreightordemurrage，shouldithappenthattheyhavefailedtohavethecommodityreadyforloadingafterthecarryingvesselhasarrivedattheportofshipmentontime.
（5）TheSellershallbearallexpenses，risksofthecommoditybeforeitpassesoverthevessel’srailandisreleasedfromthetackle.Afterithaspassedoverthevessel’srailandbeenreleasedfromthetackle，allexpensesofthecommodityshallbefortheBuyer’saccount.
IncaseofC&
FTerms;
（1）TheSellershallshipthegoodswithintheshipmenttimefromtheportofshipmenttotheportofdestination.Transhipmentisnotallowed.ThecontractedgoodsshallnotbecarriedbyavesselflyingtheflagofthecountrywhichtheBuyercannotaccept.
Incasethegoodsaretobedispatchedbyairparcelpost/airfreight，theSellershall，30daysbeforethetimeofdeliveryasstipulatedinClause5，informtheBuyerbycableortelexoftheestimateddateofdelivery，ContractNo.，commodity，invoicedvalue，etc.TheSellershall，immediatelyafterdispatchofthegoods，advisetheBuyerbycableortelexoftheContractNo，commodity，invoicedvalueanddateofdispatchfortheBuyertoarrangeinsuranceintime.
13.SHIPPINGADVICE（装船通知）
TheSeller，immediatelyuponthecompletionoftheloadingofthecommodity，shallnotifybycableortelextheBuyeroftheContractNo，nameofcommodity，quantity，grossweight，invoicedvalue，nameofthecarryingvesselanddateofsailing.Iftheweightofanypackageisabove9metrictons，thewidthover3400mmortheheightonbothsidesover2350mm，theSellershalladvisetheBuyeroftheweightandmeasurementofeachpackage.IncasetheBuyerfailstoarrangeinsuranceintimeduetotheSeller’snothavingadvisedintime，allthelossesshallbebornebytheSeller.
14.TECHNICALDOCUMENTS（技术资料）
（1）OnecompletesetofthefollowingtechnicaldocumentswritteninEnglishshallbepackedanddispatchedtogetherwitheachconsignment.
（a）Foundationdrawings.
（b）Wiringinstructions，diagramsofelectricalconnectionsand/orpneumatic/hydraulicconnections.
（c）Manufacturingdrawingofeasilywornpartsandinstructions.
（d）Sparepartscatalogues.
（e）QualityCertificateasstipulatedinItem
（1）ofClause15.
（f）Erection，operation，maintenanceinstructionbooks.
TheSellershallinadditionsendtotheBuyerbyairmailtherespectivetechnicaldocumentsasstipulatedinparagraphs（a），（b），（c），（d），and（f）Item
（1）ofthisClausewithinmonthsaftersigningthisContract.
16.GUARANTEEOFQUALITY（质量担保）
TheSellershallguaranteethatthecommodityismadeofthebestmaterials，withfirstclassworkmanship，brandnew，unusedandcompliesinallrespectswiththequality，specificationsandperformanceasstipulatedinthisContract.TheSellershallguaranteethatthegoods，whencorrectlymountedandproperlyoperatedandmaintained，shallgivesatisfactoryperformanceforaperiodofmonthscountingfromthedateonwhichthecommodityarrivesatthesiteoftheenduser.
17.INSPECTION（检验）
（1）Themanufacturersshall，beforemakingdelivery，makeapreciseandcomprehensiveinspectionofthegoodsasregardsthequality，specifications，performanceandquantity/weightandissuecertificatescertifyingthatthegoodsareinconformitywiththestipulationsofthisContract.Thecertificateshallformanintegralpartofthedocumentstobepresentedtothepayingbankfornegotiationofpaymentbutshallnotbeconsideredasfinalinrespectofquality，specifications，performanceandquantity/weight.ParticularsandresultsofthetestcarriedoutbythemanufacturermustbeshowninastatementwhichhastobeattachedtotheQualityCertificate.
（2）Afterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination，theBuyershallapplytotheChinaCommodityInspectionBureau（here-in-aftercalledtheBureau）forapreliminaryinspectioninrespectofthequality，specificationandquantity/weightofthegoodsandaSurveyReportshallbeissuedtherefore.IfdiscrepanciesarefoundbytheBureauregardingspecificationsorthequantityorboth，exceptwheretheresponsibilitiesliewithinsurancecompanyorshippingcompany，theBuyershall，within90daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination，hastherighttorejectthegoodsortoclaimagainsttheSeller.
（3）ShouldthegoodsprovedefectivewithintheguaranteeperiodstipulatedinClause14foranyreason，includinglatentdefectortheuseofunsuitablematerials，theBuyershallarrangeforasurveytobecarriedoutbytheBureau，andhavetherighttoclaimagainsttheSellerontheSurveyReport.

（1）IncasethattheSellerisliableforthediscrepanciesandac
