Iwanttostartwhereweleftofflasttime.WetalkedaboutthestructureofDNA,howitworksintermsofaphysicalchemicalmodeloftheDNAmolecules.Wetalkedaboutbasepairingandhowthatleadstothisprocessofhybridizationorveryspecificmatchingbetweencomplimentarystrands.WetalkedverysuperficiallyaboutthebiologicalprocessgoingfromDNAtoprotein,sotheprocessoftranscription,RNAprocessing,andtranslationtoproduceaprotein.Iendedwiththispicturethatshowsyoualittlebitaboutcontrolofgeneexpression.Theimportantconceptisthat,whileeverycellinyourbodyhasthecapabilityofmakingalltheproteinsthatareneededthroughoutyourbody,noteverycellisdoingthatatanygiventime.Onlycertaingenesarebeingexpressedandit'
