1.5Akick-offmeetingwillbeheldbetweentheContractorandJLLProjectTeambeforeworkstartsinordertoensurethatallrequirementsareunderstood.

1.6TheContractorshallexecutetheContractinaccordancewiththeabovelisteddocumentsandshallrecordtheresultsofhisinspectionandtestsonhisforms,whichshallbefiledonanongoingbasisintheQualityDossier.

1.9TheaboveoutlineswhatisrequiredoftheContractor’squalitysystemtoensureanddemonstratetoJLL’sProjectTeamandSiteSupervisionCompanyTeamthattheWork,Materialand/orServiceprovidedundertheContractmeetthespecifiedrequirements.SubsequentsectionsofthisProceduregivefulldetailsofeachelementoftheserequirements.

2.0QUALITYPLAN（质量计划）
2.1WithintwoweeksfollowingContractAwardandinanycasebeforecommencingwork,theContractorshallprepareaQualityPlan（QP）andpresentittoJLL’sProjectTeamandSiteSupervisionCompanyTeamforapproval.ThepurposeofthisdocumentisfortheContractortodefinehowheappliesand/oradaptshisqualitysystemtomeetthespecificrequirementsoftheContract.

2.3ThevariousdocumentslistedorreferredtointheQualityPlan（QP）willbeseparatelyapprovedbyJLL’sProjectTeamandSiteSupervisionCompanyTeam.OncetheQPhasbeenapprovedbyJLL’sProjectTeam,itshallbefollowedbytheContractor.AnysignificantchangesrequestedbytheContractorshallbeincorporatedintoarevisedversionofthedocumenttoberesubmittedtoforapproval.

3.0INSPECTION&
TESTPLAN检查和测试计划
3.1WithintwoweeksoftheawardoftheContract,theContractorshallsubmittoJLL’sProjectTeamandSiteSupervisionCompanyTeamforapprovalanInspectionandTestPlan（ITP）preparedwithformatprovidedtoshowequivalentdata.
在合同签订的两星期内，承包商要递交一份提供显示类似数据形式的检查和测试计划（ITP）给JLL的工程组和工地监理公司组做认可。
3.2ThepurposeoftheITPisfortheContractortodefineononedocumenthisqualitycontrolprogramforthewholescopeofsupply.Asaminimumtheprogramshallincludethequalitycontrolrequirementsofthecontractualrequisitions,specifications,anddrawings,aswellasofstandardsandcodesreferredtotherein.However,theserequirementsarenotlimited,theContractorbeingresponsibleforaddingtotheseminimumrequirementstotheextentheconsidersnecessarytoobtainspecificquality.Whereappropriate,theITPmaybeintwoormorepartswhenaContractcoversmorethanonedistincttypeofwork.
