本单元以服务类学生参加第一天的工作经历为线索展开，围绕商务问候与介绍、工作要求与指令、职业场合的着装与卫生要求、录用通知与接收函组织教学。
在模拟的工作场景中注重培养学生与人交流、特别是与上司和同事交流的能力，同时培养学生解决问题的能力。
帮助学生树立良好的职业形象，成功迈出从在校生角色转变到职业人的第一步。
