3组网方式和环境介绍
图3.1NetAppFAS存储系统组网结构
NetAppFAS存储系统存储设备以NAS存储方式使用，通过万兆交换机与主机相连接。
4安装配置方法
4.1NetApp硬件安装
存储设备硬件的安装主要是各盘柜间线缆的连接、磁盘安装、盘柜上架、上电等，以上操作多由NetApp技术支持工程师完成。
使用存储设备随机携带的“DB－9toRJ－45”转接线将FAS存储系统的CONSOLE端口和安装了WINDOWS操作系统的主机串口相连，在WINDOWS主机上安装SecureCRT软件，新建一个serial协议的连接，其中port参数根据所连接的是COM1还是COM2来进行选择，其余参数参考图4.1所示，通过串口连接登录到FAS存储系统。

4.2设备初始化和系统设定
4.2.1设备初始化
FAS存储系统上电以后，在secureCRT终端窗口中将出现类似以下内容的系统自检信息，当提示按CTRL＋C时按下此组合键，再在启动方式中选择（4a），重新初始化磁盘。

4.2.2系统设定
根据磁盘个数以及空间大小，整个初始化的时间可能要持续1～2个小时左右，磁盘初始化完成以后，系统将出现以下提示信息对系统进行设定：

4.3操作系统安装
当系统初始化设置完成以后，如果需要更新FAS存储系统的操作系统还需要执行以下步骤：
4.3.1注册现有系统的cifs服务，将操作系统文件上传至FAS存储系统

//now.NetA根据存储设备的systemID注册一个帐户（注册审核一般至少需要一个工作日，如果急需使用，请联系NetApp技术支持工程师提供），下载相应的操作系统版本到本地，双击执行后将出现图4.2所示提示框，点击“确定”。

5．在图4.3的窗体中，选择映射了FAS存储系统根卷的本地盘符，将操作系统压缩包解压到etc目录下，解压的过程如图4.4所示。

6．下载完成后，在FAS存储系统上执行download命令将操作系统程序拷贝到引导区，执行过程如下：

7．按照提示执行reboot命令，重新引导存储系统。

4.4应用配置
4.4.1系统参数配置
4.4.1.1命令行方式
在4.2.2系统设定中已经对系统参数进行了设置，如果需要重新设定，可以在命令行下直接执行setup即可，配置步骤与前面相同。
4.4.1.2Web方式
1．打开IE浏览器，在地址栏中输入http:
//FAS存储系统的IP地址/na_admin，如图4.5所示，即可在web方式下对NetApp存储设备进行配置、管理、获取帮助、请求技术支持等。
2．在图4.5中点击FilerView前面的图标，即可进入图4.6所示的系统管理和监控界面。

3．在图4.6左边的目录树中选择zxmvs（初始化时设置的Filer名称）－Wizards－SetupWizards，出现图4.7页面，根据提示信息可以对系统参数进行设定。

NetApp根据不同的协议类型有不同的license，一般在随机文档中包含有license信息，或者通过Filer的SSN号码到NetApp技术支持网站http:
//now.NetA注册获取。
如果发现信息无效或者注册失败，可以和NetApp技术支持工程师联系。
当获取相应协议或服务的license之后，可以使用如下命令进行注册：
