3,toaddalittlethrottleoperatinglineoflubricatingoil,tosmearagreaselubricator

Two,throttlehandlefreestrokeadjustment

Thefreestrokeoftheacceleratorhandleis2to6mm,andshouldbeadjustedifnotinaccordancewiththeregulations

Thestepsareasfollows:

loosenthelocknut,turnthethrottleadjustingscrewtothespecifiedposition,andthentightenthelocknut,rotateclockwisethethrottleadjustingscrewpipe,throttlefreetravelbecomessmaller;

thecounterclockwiserotationofthethrottleadjustingscrewpipe,largerthrottlefreetravel.

Adjustmentofcarburetoridlespeed

1switchontheignitionandpreheatfor5~10minutes

2,removetherightcover,clockwiserotatingidlescrews,theengineidlerise,counterclockwiserotationidlescrews,theengineidlespeeddown

3,adjusttheidlespeedtoabout1500R/MIN

Attention:

airmixingratioscrewhasbeenraisedonspecialinstrumentatthefactory.Pleasedon'

tadjustiteasily.Ifnecessary,pleasegototheJialingstationandaskprofessionaltechnicianstoadjustit.

Clutchadjustment

Thelefthandhandleoftheclutchisoperatedat10to20MM,ifnotinthisrange,pleaseadjustthestepsasfollows:

1.Loosentheclutchandadjustthelocknut

2.Turntheadjustingscrewclockwise,increasethefreeclearanceoftheclutch,turntheadjustingscrewcounterclockwise,reducethefreeclearanceoftheclutch

3.Tightentheclutchandadjustthelocknut

Caution:

theclutchcontrollineshallberemovedandcleanedandlubricatedat2000KMeachtime

Inspection,adjustmentandlubricationofdrivechain

1,inspectionmethod,withthemainsupportsupportmotorcycle,steponthespeedchangepedalintoneutralposition,thechainupanddownswing,checkitsswingrangeshouldbein10~20MM,ifnotinthisrange,shouldbeadjusted

2,adjustmentmethod

A,loosentherearaxlelocknutandloosenthebrakeadjustmentnut

B,unscrewthechainadjusterlocknut

C,rotatetheadjustingboltclockwise,reducetheswingofthechain,adjusttheboltcounterclockwise,increasetheswingofthechain,andadjusttheswingofthechaintotherangeof10~20MM

theleftandrightchainadjusterscalesshouldbethesame

Ifadjusted,thescaleofthechainadjusterisinthelastgrid,indicatingtheexcessivewearofthechaintransmissionparts,andthebig,smallchainwheelsandchainsshallbereplaced

D,checkthetightnessofthechain,tightentheadjustingboltsofthechainregulatorfirst,andthentightenthewheelaxletolockthenut

Ifthechainisfoundtolackoil,itshouldbelubricated.Undernormalcircumstances,every500KMshouldbecleanedandlubricatedonce

Stepsareasfollows:

1removetheshiftarm

2.Removetheleftrearcoveroftheengine

3,removethebackchainbox

4,findthemovablelink,useplierstoremovethemovablelockingclip,removethechainfromthebackwarddirection,putthechainintothecleaningagent,wash,andthendry.Checkthewearofthechainandreplaceitifnecessary.

5,inreverseorder,andputonthechainofproperamountoflubricatingoil

Inspectionandreplacementofengineoil

Checktheoilandoillevelbeforestartingthecareveryday

2,loosentheoilscale,toseewhethertheoillevelintheupperandlowerscales,suchastheoilvolumeistoosmall,shouldbetheprescribedoilchangelubricatingoilandcleaningfilter

1.Preheattheenginefor2-3minutesandturnofftheengine

2.Placeanoiltankundertheengine

3,unscrewtheoildrainhole,oilholeisremoved,removetheoilfilternet,spring

The4step,recoilstarterseveraltimestodischargealldisabledoil

5,thespringandafilternet,putintothecleaningagentcleaningoilhole

6.Checktype0sealingring,filterscreenisingoodcondition,ifdamaged,shouldbereplaced,andtheninreverseorderwithdisassembly

7,injectnewoilintheupperandlowercalibrationline,note:

newcarrunninginperiodshouldbereplaced3timesoil.

Inspectionandreplacementofsparkplugs

1,removethesparkplugcap,removethesurroundingdebris

2.Removethesparkplugwiththesparkplugsleevefittedwiththecar

3.Removethesparkplugswithironbrazingandremovethedebrisfromthesparkplugswithabrush

4,checkthesparkplugelectrodeisablation,ifthereisablation,shouldreplacethesparkplug

5,withathicknessgaugetocheckthesparkpluggap,thesparkgapadjustmentfor0.6-0.7mm

6.Checkthegasketonthesparkplug.Ifitisseriouslydeformedorbroken,replaceit

7,checkthespark:

footstarttheengineandchecktheSparkSparkforblueandwhitecolor

8,whenthesparkplugistightened,inordertopreventthreaddisorder,shouldfirsthandtoplugthesparkpluginplace,andthenusethesparkplugsleevetightening.

Replacementofpipe

Thesafetytubeislocatednexttothebattery,andreplaceitwiththesamespecification,

Ifthepipeisoftenburnedout,usuallyshortcircuitoroverload,pleaseasktheJialingmaintenancepersonnelforinspection.

Theuseofpipesthatdonotmeetspecificationscancausesevereconsequencesorevenfireonthecircuitsystem.

Whencheckingandchangingthesafetypipe,theignitionswitchshouldbeputofftopreventtheshortcircuit.

Adjustmentofdirectionofheadlampirradiation

Insertthescrewdriverinthesmallholeintherearpanelofthefrontshadeandadjusttheheadlightadjustingscrew

Adjustthescrewlightclockwiseandturnthelighthigher

Turntheadjustingscrewscounterclockwise,andthelightislow

Adjustmentofrearbrakeswitch

Aftertherecoilpedalisstarted,therearbrakelightshouldturnon.Ifitisbrightornot,itshouldbeadjusted:

1.TurnignitionswitchtoONposition

2.Turntheadjustingnutclockwise,brakeahead,turnthecounterclockwise,adjustthenutanddelaythebrakelight

Vehiclecleaning

Inordertomaintainthequalityofthevehicle,itshouldbecleanedregularlytocheckforanydamageoroilleakage

1,aftercleaning,usealotofcleanwaterforthewholecarcleaning,cleaning,electricalswitches,instruments,mufflerexports

2.Drythemotorcycle,starttheengine,andletitwarmforafewminutes

3,lubricationdrivechain,beforetheroadtodobrakeexperiment,letitreturntonormalstate
