3.2FootwearPre-Production/ComponentTesting鞋产前/部件测试

ItistheSupplier’sresponsibilitytoensurethatallfootwearcomponentsand/orpre-productionsamplesaresubmittedtothelaboratoryonatimelybasisandnolaterthan60dayspriortotheshipdate.

供应商应当确保及时且不迟于装船前60天将部件和样品送检。

FootwearComponentsTestingmustbecompletedforallitemsmanufacturedinAsiaPacific.FootwearcomponentstestingwillonlybeconductedatatestinglaboratoryinShenzhen,China（seeAppendixCforlocation）

亚太区产品必须进行部件检测，检测只能在深圳的实验室进行。

TheSupplierdoesnothavetowaituntilapurchaseorderiscreatedtosubmitfootwearcomponentsand/orpre-productionsamplesofthecompleteshoefortesting.Pleaseencloseacopyofthequotesheetforeachstyleorstocknumberwhenthepurchaseorder（s）isnotavailable.

3.3ProductionTesting生产测试

Productionsamplessubmittedfortestingmustrepresenttheactualproduct（completeshoe）beingmade.

送检的样品必须能够代表的实际生产的产品。

I类供应商检测不合格率在10%或以下，且没有重大规定或重大沃尔玛不合格

-10万双内一次生产测试

-超过10万双的，每25万双进行一次测试

-1年1次场内测试

3.3.2ProductionWarehouseTesting（POCO）PriortoDistributiontoStores派送前的仓库测试

∙Traceabilitylabelinginchildren’sshoes童鞋标签可追溯性

∙Staticskidresistance静态防滑

∙Women’shighheelfatigueandimpact（component）女鞋高跟疲劳和冲击

∙Women’shighheelattachmentstrength女鞋高跟附着强度

∙Steeltoeimpactandcompressiontests钢趾冲击及抗压测试

∙Staticsoakandwetflexwaterprooftests静态浸泡和湿弯曲防水测试

∙Non-marking–forshoeswithoutsoleslabeledasnon-marking无痕（大底标识无痕）

∙Oilswell–forshoeswithoutsoleslabeledasbeingoilresistant（component）油泡胀（大底标识防油）

∙Temperaturerating–forbootslabeledasbeingtemperaturerated温度等级（靴子标识温度等级）

∙Safetyworkshoes–improperlabeling安全工作鞋（不恰当标识）

3.4In-StoreQualityAuditProtocol场内质量审核规定

Forthe“InitialIn-StoreQualityAudit”representativesizesandafullcolorrangeofeachstylewillbepulledfromthestores.AdditionaltestingoffailedIn-Storegoods（HighSamplingRetest）mayoccurwhenthe“InitialIn-StoreQualityAudit”resultsinaCriticalRegulatoryorCriticalWalmartTestFailure（seeHighSamplingRetestsectionbelow）.Refertosection3.1fortheIn-StoreQualityAuditProcessdiagram.

初始场内质量审核从商场内抽取代每款表性尺码和全部色系。

重大规定和重大沃尔玛测试不合格可能导致不合格产品的附加测试。

DuringtheinitialIn-StoreQualityAudit,allitemswillbepulledfortestingassoonastheyareavailableinstores.Allapplicabletestingwillbeconducted,includingCriticalRegulatoryandCriticalWalmartcompliancerequirementsandperformancetesting.

所有的产品测试所有的项目

HighSamplingRetest高样本复测

AHighSamplingRetestisconductedwhenaninitialIn-StoreQualityAuditfails.

初始场内审核不合格则进行高样本复测

SamplesforHighSamplingRetestofthefailedproductwillbepulledandsubjectedtoretestingforthefailureattributeonly（notfulltesting）unlessfulltestingisrequestedbyWalmart.

高样本复测只测试不合格的项目，除非沃尔玛要求全部测试

3.6TestReportRatings检测报告评级

PASS:

ThesamplehasnoCriticalRegulatory,CriticalWalmart,Major,orMinorDefects

合格：

样品无重大规定、重大沃尔玛或重大或小的缺陷

MARGINALPASS:

AllproductswithMinorDefectsandminordeviationsfromstandards,asdecidedbythelaboratory,willberated“MarginalPass”.

基本合格：

测试有小缺陷的小的偏离

MarginalPassratingisanapprovalforSuppliertoshipgoods

基本合格供应商可以装运

Insituationswherenumerousviolationsofapprovedstandardscontinue,theseratingscouldresultinfuturetestfailure

如果一再重复违规，则可能导致今后不合格.

SuppliersshouldinsurethattheyadheretotheWalmartFootwearStandards.

供应商应保证遵守沃尔玛鞋产品的标准

沃尔玛有权取消基本合格产品的订单
