II.InvestmentProgram

UponsufficientinvestigationtoSouthAfricanmarket,wemadethedecisiontoinvestinthecountryandsetupafactorynamelyRiseSafetyGlassCo.,Ltdtomajoringlassfurtherprocessing.Productscoversafetyglassofauto,architecture,constructionengineering,illuminationapplianceandfurniture.Throughdetailedstudy,ourinvestmentistobemadein3stages.

1.ThefirstStageofInvestment

TotalinvestmentofthefirststageisUS$3million,1.7millionofwhichgoestoworkshopleasingandinvestmentinprofessionalandauxiliaryequipment,1.3milliongoestocirculatingfund.ContractofleasingforworkshopofpreliminaryandpreparationworkisdoneonOct1stof2006.Professionalequipmentforthefirststageofinvestmentisprocuredaccordingtomarketdemand（seeattachmenttableofequipmentfordetailinformation）

3or4engineerswillbesenttoSouthAfrica2monthspriortothedateofarrivaloftheequipmenttododesignandconstructionworkofoveralllayoutoftheequipmentinfrastructureandelectricengineeringintheworkshop,whichwilltakeabout60days.3engineerswillbesenttoSouthAfricatoinstallandadjustthecrucialequipment（temperingflatandcurvedunit）uponitsarrivalwhichwilltakeabout45days.TheworkerswillcomebacktoChinawhentheworkisfinished.PreliminarytreatmentequipmentwillbeshippedtoSouthAfricaduringtheperiodofinstallationandadjustmentofthecrucialunit,3engineerswillbesenttodotheinstallationandadjustmentofthepreliminarytreatmentequipment,whowillcomebacktoChinauponcompletionofthework.2personswillbesentatthesametimetomajorinproductioncontrol.

Uponcompletionofinstallationandadjustmentofthefirstbatchofequipment,trialproductionoftemperedglasswillbestarted,whichwilllastforabout30days.Applicationofqualitycertificatewillbedoneatthesametime.

ThesecondbatchofequipmentwillbeshippedtoSouthAfricauponsuccessoftrialproductionoftemperedglassline.Thisbatchincludeslargecurvedandlaminatedequipmentandauxiliaryequipment.Atthesametime,2workerswillbesenttodotheinstallationandadjustmentworkandanother2willbesupervisorsoftechnologicalengineering.Estimateddurationofinstallationandadjustmentwillbeabout30days.WorkerscomebacktoChinauponcompletionofthework.Trailproductionwilllastfor30daysandtheapplicationofqualitycertificatewillbedoneatthesame
