Investment ProgramUpon sufficient investigation to South African market, we made the decision to invest in the country and set up a factory namely Rise Safety Glass Co., Ltd to major in glass further processing. Products cover safety glass of auto, architecture, construction engineering, ill

26、umination appliance and furniture. Through detailed study, our investment is to be made in 3 stages.1.The first Stage of InvestmentTotal investment of the first stage is US $ 3 million, 1.7 million of which goes to workshop leasing and investment in professional and auxiliary equipment, 1.3 million

27、goes to circulating fund. Contract of leasing for workshop of preliminary and preparation work is done on Oct 1st of 2006. Professional equipment for the first stage of investment is procured according to market demand （see attachment table of equipment for detail information）3 or 4 engineers will b

28、e sent to South Africa 2 months prior to the date of arrival of the equipment to do design and construction work of overall layout of the equipment infrastructure and electric engineering in the workshop, which will take about 60 days. 3 engineers will be sent to South Africa to install and adjust t

29、he crucial equipment （tempering flat and curved unit） upon its arrival which will take about 45 days. The workers will come back to China when the work is finished. Preliminary treatment equipment will be shipped to South Africa during the period of installation and adjustment of the crucial unit, 3

30、 engineers will be sent to do the installation and adjustment of the preliminary treatment equipment, who will come back to China upon completion of the work. 2 persons will be sent at the same time to major in production control. Upon completion of installation and adjustment of the first batch of

31、equipment, trial production of tempered glass will be started, which will last for about 30 days. Application of quality certificate will be done at the same time.The second batch of equipment will be shipped to South Africa upon success of trial production of tempered glass line. This batch include

32、s large curved and laminated equipment and auxiliary equipment. At the same time, 2 workers will be sent to do the installation and adjustment work and another 2 will be supervisors of technological engineering. Estimated duration of installation and adjustment will be about 30 days. Workers come back to China upon completion of the work. Trail production will last for 30 days and the application of quality certificate will be done at the same
