Chapter1GeneralProvisions

Article1inordertostrengthentheextractionofhousingprovidentfundmanagement,standardizetheuseofhousingprovidentfundextractionbehavior,accordingtotheStateCouncilofthe"

managementofhousingprovidentfundandtheBeijingMunicipalPeople'

sgovernmenttoimplementtherelevantprovisionsofthe"

RegulationsonmanagementofhousingprovidentfundandthestateandthecityofBeijingCity,combiningwiththeactualsituationofthecity,theenactmentofthisapproach.

ThesecondmethodappliestotheextractionandmanagementofhousingprovidentfundinBeijingadministrativeregion.

ThirdBeijinghousingprovidentfundmanagementcenter（hereinafterreferredtoasthemanagementcenter）isresponsibleforthecityadministrativeregionhousingaccumulationfundextractionmanagement.

Extractionrangeofthesecondchapter

Fourthemployeesinoneofthefollowingcircumstances,canbeextractedfromthehousingaccumulationfundaccountofthestoragebalance:

（a）thepurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousing;

（two）retiredandretired;

（three）completelylosetheabilitytoworkandterminatethelaborrelationshipwiththeunit;

（four）exitsettlement;

（five）repaymentofprincipalandinterestofhousingloan;

（six）therentexpenditureexceeds5%ofthefamilyincome;

（seven）livingdifficulties,arereceivingminimumlivingallowancesforurbanresidents;

（eight）suddeneventsleadtoseriousdifficultiesinfamilylife;

（nine）thelaborrelationsbetweenthemigrantworkersandtheunits;

（ten）sentencedtodeath,sentencedtolifeimprisonmentorfixed-termimprisonment,andreachedthestatutoryretirementageattheexpirationoftheterm;

（eleven）deathordeclareddeath;

（twelve）othercircumstancesstipulatedbythehousingprovidentfundmanagementcommitteeoftheBeijing.

Fifthemployeescomplywiththeprovisionsofthefourth

（1）,（five）,（six）,（seven）,（eight）casesofextractionofhousingprovidentfund,thespousecansimultaneouslyextractthehousingaccumulationfundinmyaccount.

Sixthhousingprovidentfundextractionofworkersshouldbepriorityforrepaymentofhousingprovidentfundloansprincipalandinterest.

Thethirdchapteristheamountofextraction

Seventhemployeestopurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousingandhousingloanswithouttheuseofworkersandtheirspousescanbeextractedonceeveryyearthehousingprovidentfundshouldnotexceedthetotalaccumulatedfromtheactualexpenditureonhousing.

Eighthemployeestopurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousingloanshousing,includingworkersandtheirspousesloantobuyaffordablehousingandotherhousingpolicyofeachquarterahousingprovidentfundcanbeextracted,otherconditionscanbeextractedonceeveryyear,shouldnotexceedthetotalaccumulatedfromloanpurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhaulsincetheactualoccurrenceofhousinghousingexpenses（includingloansandpayment）.

Iftheloancontracthasbeensignedbeforetheimplementationofthesemeasures,itshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeoriginalextractionpolicy.

Ninthemployeesoffourthinlinewiththeway（six）extractionofhousingprovidentfundsituation,workersandtheirspouseseachyearcanbeextractedfromahousingprovidentfund,thetotalannualextractionshouldnotbehigherthanthetotalannualrentbeyondthefamilywageincomepartshallbe.

Tenthemployeescomplywiththeprovisionsofthefourth（seven）and（eight）casesofhousingprovidentfund,notlimitedbytheamount,canbeextractedonceamonth.

Eleventhemployeesoffourthinlinewiththeway（two）,（three）,（four）,（nine）,（ten）,（eleven）thecase,Icanwithdrawhousingprovidentfundaccountswithintheentirestoragebalance,whilethecancellationofhousingprovidentfundaccountsofindividualworkers.

Twelfthworkersdiedorbeendeclareddead,theirheirs,legateecanextracttheemployeehousingprovidentfundaccountofthebalanceofallstorage,whilethecancellationoftheindividualhousingprovidentfundaccounts.Ifthereisnosuccessorornobequest,thestoragebalanceoftheemployee'
