1.ThiscontractistheModelContractofTechnologyTransfer（PatentLicensing）ContractproducedandpublishedbyMinistryofScienceandTechnologywhichmaybeintroducedandrecommendedtothepartiesofthetechnologycontractforreferencebythetechnologycontractaccreditationandregistrationorgans.
