（1）询问或传递事实性信息，表达意思和想法；
（2）做到语音、语调自然；
（3）做到语言运用得体；
（4）使用有效的交际策略。
．考试形式
1.考查方式：
闭卷，笔试、口试。
2.笔试考试时间：
120分钟。
试卷满分为150分。
口试考试时间：
30分钟。
口试采用计算机辅助口语考试，试卷满分50分，分为A、B、C、D、E五个等级。
3.全体考生须参加笔试；
考生可选择参加口试。
．试卷结构和题型
笔试部分共四大题，62小题。
其中客观题90分，占60%；
主观题60分，占40%。

外语口语成绩实行等级制，以ABCDE五个等级呈现。
考生考试成绩获得卷面分值85%以上的为A，获得卷面分值75-84%的为B，获得卷面分值60-74%的为C，获得卷面分值45-59%的为D，获得卷面分值44%以下的为E级。

试卷包括容易题、中等题和难题，以中等题为主。
