高速公路施工进度计划与控制研究Word下载.doc

在项目实施过程中，采用挣值分析法对工程进度进行控制，定期对项目进展情况进行全面核查，计算进度偏差和成本偏差，分析偏差产生的原因并及时采取纠正措施，实现对项目进度和成本两个方面的动态控制。

通过研究，提出了一套适用于公路工程项目施工阶段进度管理的基本方法，该方法已直接应用于宝天高速公路BT8标，同时对类似公路工程建设项目的进度管理也具有参考意义。

ABSTRACT

Theschedulemanagementisoneofthecoreworksofprojectmanagementfortheconstructionenterprises.Itistheimportantsymbolfortheoutcomeofaprojectwhethertheworkingperiodcanmeettherequirementofthecontract.Butforthemoment,mostoftheconstructionenterprisesmanageandcontroltheprojectbythemeansoftraditionalexperienceswhichisoutoftime,flat,andunsystematic.Soitisverynecessarytostudytheschedulemanagementaccordingtothefacts.

Inthisthesis,athoroughstudywaspaidontheplanning,optimizing,andcontrollingofthescheduleoftheprojectinaccordancewiththeContractBT8oftheBao（ji）Tian（shui）Expressway.

TheactualityoftheschedulemanagementoftheHWCompanywasanalyzedatfirst,whichshowedthatitisverynecessaryandurgenttoputforwardthestudyontheschedulemanagement.Onthebasisofmodernprojectmanagementtheory,thegeneralsituationofContractBT8oftheBao（ji）Tian（shui）Expresswaywasintroduced,theobjectiveandrangeoftheprojectwasgiven,theprojectwasanalyzedwiththetechniqueofWBS,andtheresponsibilitiesofalltheworkswereassigned.Andthen,thelogicalrelationshipsandthedurationofeveryworkingprocedurewerespecified.AnelementaryschedulewasplannedunderthehelpofthesoftwareProject2003,onwhichthekeyrouteandtherelevanttimeparameterweredecided.Inthisthesis,themainfactorsthataffectedtheschedulewereanalyzedwiththeModelofExplanationStructure.Afterthebreakingdownofthecost,thetime-costratewascalculatedandtheelementaryschedulewasimprovedbymeansoftime-costrate.Sothereasonableschedulewiththelowestcostwhichcanmeettherequirementsofthecontractwasdecidedtoguidetheconstruction.What’smore,theexecutivemeasureswereplannedtoassuretheperformanceofthescheduleandtheguaranteemeasuresandsystemoftheschedulewerefixedtoassuretheeffectoftheschedule.Duringthecourseoftheexecutionoftheproject,theschedulewascontrolledbymeansofvalueearninganalysis,theprogressoftheprojectwascheckedcompletelyatregularintervals.Andbythen,thewindagesofthescheduleandcostwerecalculated,thereasonsthereofwereanalyzedandmeasurestocorrectthemweretakenintimeinordertocontrolthescheduleandcostofproject.

Asetofmethodsoftheschedulemanagementofthehighwayprojectwasintroducedbythestudy,whichhadbeenappliedinContractBT8oftheBao（ji）Tian（shui）Expressway.Andtheyhaveprovidedimportantreferenceforothersimilarhighwayconstructionprojects.
