Item2Bothsideshavereachedagreementonthepriceofthehousetobesoldat(RENMINBI)500000Yuan.(capitalization):

ThepaymentmethodandpaymenttermsofPartyBshallbeclearlystatedbybothpartiesinthepaymentagreement(Appendix3).AfterPartyBpaysforthehouse,PartyAshalldrawoutareceiptconformingtothetaxationregulations.

Item4BothsideshavereachedagreementthatPartAshouldvacatebeforetheday2007Year04Month30DaythishouseandinformPartBtocheckandaccept.PartBshouldcheckthedecoration、equipmentinthehousefromthedayPartBreceivetheinformationin5days.Afterchecking,PartyAshalltransferthekeysofthehousetoPartyB,whichindicatesthetransferenceofthehouse.
Item5PartyApromisesthatifthereisanydamageordemolitiontothehousedecorationsorauxiliaryfacilitiesduringtheperiodfromtheagreement-signingdatetothehouseacceptancedate,itshallpayPartyBthepenaltyofRMBYuan,whichisequivalenttothevalueofthedamagedordemolishedfacilities.
Item6PartyAandPartyBagreetoapplyforthehousetransferenceattherealestateexchangebeforeApril30th,2007.

Beforetherealestateisshiftedholds,thefeeforrealtymanagement、water、electricity、gas、correspondenceandsoonhadnotbeenpaid,theyshouldbedefrayedasAppendixfour.
