Technologyhasshakenupplentyoflife’smodes,butformanypeopleithascompletelyalteredtheoncepredictableroutinesatthestartoftheday.

Bothadultsandchildrenhavegoodreasonstowakeupandgoonline.MornandDadmightneedtocatchuponemailfromcolleaguesindifferenttimezones.ChildrenchecktextmessagesandFacebookpostsfromfriendswithdifferentbedtimes—andsometimesforgettheirowndutiesintheprocess.
