∙Understandandassistthemaintenanceandmonthlyprocessofthecompany’sgeneralledgerandreportwritingsystems

∙Assistwithcoordinationofmonthendandyearendactivitiesandaudits

∙Assistinspecialprojectsasassigned

∙Handleallaspectsoffinancialaccounting:

financialstatements,budgeting,andallocatinggrantmoney

∙WilloverseetheAPdepartmentandoverseetheaccounting/monthendcloseprocess

∙Workwithxxxsystem,includingreportmaintenance,accountmaintenanceandreportwriting

∙Participateinmonthendclosesincludingpreparationandentryofjournalentries,runmonthendfinancialreports

∙CoordinateinclusionofdifferentdatastreamssuchasPayroll,AccountsReceivableandCirculationAccountsReceivable

∙Analyzerevenueandexpenseaccounts;
