商品流通对区域经济发展的影响

提要

区域经济增长是发展中国家面临的一个长期问题，实现区域经济发展是一项艰巨

的任务。

而在区域经济发展中流通业具有特殊地位，对区域经济的发展具有先导作用，

是促进区域经济发展的一个重要手段和不可或缺的环节。

首先，商品流通与区域经济

的相关性强，流通业因积聚而产生的扩散效应将对上下游的相关产业产生强烈需求，

推动相关产业的发展，在一定范围内形成一条完整的产业链，以促进区域经济的发展。

第二，从商品流通的下游产业链或者消费的角度看，商品流通企业通过提供具有互补

性和配套性的产品和服务，来充分发挥各区域的比较优势，提高资源的配置效率。

第

三，从对社会产生的效应看，商品流通为整个社会提供满足生产生活的商品和服务，

并且涉及到谁生活的各个方面。

商品流通在发展的过程中会产生聚集效应，这件将产

生更多的就业岗位，从而从就业方面促进区域经济的发展。

第四，商品流通的发展改

变我国区域经济粗放式发展的局面，提高各区域的资源整合能力。

商品流通能把全社

会范围内区域优势资源整合起来，使所在区域产业得到全面发展，并实现产业结构的

优化升级。

商品流通作为连接各区域之间经济发展的纽带，对京津冀地区经济的发展也有至

关重要的作用。

商品流通上接生产下接消费的中介地位会优化京津冀地区资源配置，

加强要素流动，刺激生产、消费和就业，促进其经济的优势互补和共同发展。

本文以

此展开研究，首先在收集和梳理国内外学者对商品流通与区域经济发展之间关系的理

论成果基础上，从理论分析的角度阐述了商品流通与区域经济发展的内在联系。

其次，

根据京津冀2003-2009年的年度统计数据，对商品流通对地区生产总值、就业、消费

和地区城市化水平的促进作用进行了分析，并采用定量分析的方法得出京津冀商品流

通的发展与区域经济发展进程之间的关系。

研究表明，京津冀商品流通的发展是区域

经济发展水平提高的重要原因。

最后，在重新认识这一问题基础上对京津冀商品流通、

促进区域经济发展提出一些政策建议。

Regionaleconomygrowthisalong-termproblemfacedbythedeveloping

countries,andtherealizationoftheregionaleconomydevelopmentisadifficulttask.Inthe

regionaleconomydevelopmentthecirculationindustryhasaspecialstatusandaleading

effectontheregionaleconomydevelopment,andanimportantmeansandindispensable

linktopromotetheregionaleconomydevelopment.Firstofall,thecommoditycirculation

andregionaleconomyhasastrongcorrelation,andthecirculationindustry'

sdiffusion

effectduetoaccumulationwillhaveastrongdemandontheupstreamanddownstream

relatedindustries,promotethedevelopmentofrelevantindustries,formacomplete

industrialchaininacertainrangeandpromotethedevelopmentofregionaleconomy.For

second,forthedownstreamindustrychainofthecommodities'

circulationorthe

consumers,theenterprisesofcommoditycirculationgivefullplaytotheregional

comparativeadvantageandimprovetheefficiencyofresourceallocationthroughthe

provisionofbothcomplementaryandsupportingproductsandservices.Third,fromthe

effectsofsocial,thecirculationofcommoditiesprovidegoodsandservicestomeetthe

needsofproductionandlifeforthewholecommunity,andinvolvesinallaspectsof

life.Thecirculationofcommoditiesinthedevelopmentprocesswillproducetheeffectof

aggregation,thiswillcreatemorejobs,andwillpromotethedevelopmentofregional

economyfromemployment.Infourth,thedevelopmentofthecirculationofcommodities

willchangeextensivedevelopmentsituationofourcountry'

sregionaleconomy,and

improvetheregionalresourceintegrationcapability.Thecirculationofcommoditiescan

integratetheadvantageousresourcesofthewholesociety,makeregionalindustrytoget

full-scaledevelopment,andrealizetheoptimizationandupgradingofindustrialstructure.

Asthelinkofeconomydevelopmentofeacharea,thecirculationofcommoditieshas

animportanteffectontheeconomydevelopmentoftheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregion.The

circulationofcommodities'

intermediarystatusconnectingconsumerandproductionwill

optimizetheresourcesallocationoftheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregion,strengthentheflow

of

factors,stimulate

the

production,consumption

and

employment,and

promote

complementaryadvantagesandcommondevelopmentofeconomy.Thisarticlelaunches

theresearchaccordingtotheabovereasons,firstofall,onthebasisofthecollectionand

analysistheresultsofdomesticandforeignscholars'

studyontherelationshipbetween

commoditycirculationandregionaleconomydevelopment,thisarticleanalysisthe

relationshipbetweenthecommoditycirculationandthedevelopmentofregionaleconomy

intheory.Secondly,accordingtotheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei2003-2009annualstatistical
