Studyparticipantsincluded587first-gradestudentsandtheirparents.Familiesweregivenan
iPadinstalledwithaversionoftheBedtimeMathapp,withwhichparentsandtheirchildrenreadstoriesandanswerquestionsinvolvingmath,includingtopicslikecounting,shapesandproblem-solving.Acontrolgroupreceivedareadingappthathadsimilarstorieswithoutthemathcontentandquestionsrelatedtoreadingcomprehensioninstead.Children'
