三．作业流程

（一）接受货运委托

⒈托运委托书

依据：

贸易过程中运输谈判基本达成一致后，作为委托方，就应该填写用以最后确认的货运委托书了。

托运委托书是十分正式的贸易单证之一，具有与合同相似的法律效用。

运输公司收到委托书，经核实满意后发送运输确认单，这时委托书才具有法律效用。
