园区规划的具体目标是农田标准化、农业科技化、布局合理化、生产机械化、服务系列化、功能多元化、管理规范化、信息网络化和旅游生态化。

园区总体构成为：

“1心1池6区”，“1心”是管理中心，“1池”是沼气池，“6区”分别是蔬菜种植区、瓜果种植区、花卉种植区、养殖区、加工区、育苗区、休闲娱乐区。

园区具备示范推广、产业孵化、加工贸易、旅游观光、科普培训和服务组织六大功能。

现代农业人才是农村经济健康发展的重要力量，将现代农业人才队伍建设纳入现代农业园艺示范园的规划当中，为建设现代农业园艺示范园提供技术保障和智力支持。

本文针对当前包头地区农业人才队伍建设存在的问题，提出了一些合理性的建议。

通过对现代农业园艺示范园的规划及其才才队伍建设的研究，为包头市建设现代农业园艺示范园提供一定的科学依据和理论基础。

ABSTRACT

Reasonableconstructionandrationaldevelopmentofmodernagriculturalparkhave

becometheeffectivewayofleapfrogdevelopmentofagricultureinnewstage,accelerating

theregulationofagriculturalstructure,improvinglanduseefficiency,increasingthewhole

agricultureperformanceandenhancetheinternationalcompetitiveness.Therefore,amodern

horticulturalparkwillbebuildedinBaotoucity.Thepaperanalyzestatusofmodernintensive

sustainableagricultureintheBaotouCityandfoundsomeproblems,suchasthe

labor-intensive,technologicalprogressbeingslowly,insufficientinvestment,production

instabilityandsoon.Thispaperproposedtheplanningtrainofthoughtoftheestablishment

ofmodernintensivesustainableagriculturebusinessmodel.

Theoverallobjectiveofparkplanningisthedevelopmentofmodernhigh-efficiency

agriculture,processedagricultureandagriculturalmodernization.Thespecificobjectivesof

parkplanningwerecroplandstandardization,applicationofscientificknowledgein

agriculture,distributionrationalization,productionmechanization,servicesserialization,

functionaldiversification,andmanagementstandardization,informationnetworking,and

ecologicaltourism.Parkoverallconstitutionisamanagementcenter,abiogasdigesterand6

zonesofvegetableplantingareas,melonsandfruitsplantingareas,flowergrowingareas,

breedingareas,processingareas,nurseryareasandentertainmentarea.Parkhavesixfunction,

theyaredemonstration,industryincubation,processingtrade,tourism,sciencetraining,and

serviceorganizations.

Modernagriculturetalentsisanimportantforceofhealthydevelopmentofrural

economy,Modernagriculturetalentsteamconstructioncouldbeincludedtheplanningof

modernagricultureandhorticulturedemonstrationgarden,andprovidetechnicalsupportand

intellectualsupportforitsconstruction.Thepaperputforwardsomereasonablesuggestions

aboutcurrentsomeproblemsofBaotouAgriculturaltalentsconstruction.

Thispaperresearchlayoutofmodernagricultureandhorticulturedemonstrationgarden

andtalentsconstruction,whichprovideascientificbasisandtheoreticalbasisforthe

establishmentmodernagriculturehorticulturedemonstrationgardeninBaotouCity.
