Abstract-Sincetheconsumptionstylechange,theExperienceEconomyeraiscomingnowinTaiwan.Taiwanisaparadiseofthefinefoodandownsdiversifieddietarycultures.Itbecomesoneofthemostimportantdietaryculturesintheworld.Inrecentresearches,therearefewstudiesaredonefromthedecision-makingviewpointsoftheconsumerstoexploretheirexperiencesandfeelingstowardstheTaiwaneseFineFoodCulture.Therefore,thisstudyaimstoexploretheexperiencesandfeelingsoftheconsumerstowardstheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureandattempttodevelopaconsumerexperienceconceptualmodelfortheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureintherestaurantindustry.Toreachtheobjectivesoftheresearch,thisstudyusesqualitativeanalysisandinterviewswitheighteenconsumerstocollectdata.Thisstudyfoundanewexperience,“ValueExperience”,whichisincludedonconsumptionexperienceoftheTaiwanesefinefoodculturebesidestheSchmitt(1999)experientialmodules.

I.INTRODUCTION
AccordingtothestatisticsfromTaiwanTourismBureauMinistryofTransportationandCommunicationin2009,fifty-twopercentofinternationaltouristsindicatedtheirvisitingpurposesweresightseeingandeatingTaiwanese“finefood”.FinefoodwasthemajorreasontoattractthetouristscomingtoTaiwan.Taiwanisaparadiseofthefinefoodandownsdiversifieddietarycultures.Itbecomesoneofthemostimportantdietaryculturesintheworld.Thenumberofnewimmigrantsisincreasingrecently.TaiwanesefoodhasblendedwiththecharactersofSouthAsiafoodbecauseoflotsofforeignbridesandlaborscomingfromThailand,VietnamandIndonesia.
Sincetheconsumptionstylechange,theExperienceEconomyeraiscomingnowinTaiwan.SchmittProposesthecompleteconceptof“experientialmarketing”,whichmeansthatcreatingthewonderfulandwholesomeconsumerexperiencefortheconsumersandalsocreatingthevalueaddedfortheconsumer.
ThehigheconomicgrowthinTaiwanhasprovidedthepeopleahigherleveldemandonthedietandalsoincreasedthepeoplethecontactopportunityofthefinedietculture.InrecentyearstheTaiwanesefinefoodculturehasreceivedinternationalgazesgradually.UnderstandingtheconceptivemeaningofconsumerexperienceoftheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureintheTaiwaneserestaurantindustryisurgent,thatisalsothemainmotivationwhichthisstudywantstodiscuss.Inaddition,intherelatedresearchesontheTaiwanesedietaryculture,mostofthemstillemphasizedifferentlocaldietaryculturesandtravelingexperiencesoffood.However,therearefewstudiesaredonefromtheviewpointsoftheconsumerstoexploretheirexperiencesandfeelingstowardstheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureintherestaurantindustry.Meanwhile,therealsohavefewrelatedresearchesacrossdomainsoftheTaiwanesefinefoodculture,theconsumerbehaviorandtheexperiencemarketinginbothdomesticandoversea.Thatisanothermotivationforthisstudy.
Basedontheaboveresearchmotivations,theobjectivesofthisstudyareproposedasfollows:
1)ToorganizetheconceptualmeaningoftheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureintherestaurantindustry.
2)Todevelopaconsumerexperienceconceptualmodel
fortheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureintherestaurantindustry.
II.LITERATUREREVIEW
ThetheoreticalmeaningoftheconsumptionexperienceoftheTaiwanesefinefoodcultureisbelongstoonekindofconsumptionbehaviorprocessesincludingtheentireconsumptiontoexperienceandsavorthediet.TheTaiwanesefinefoodhasthemulticulturaldistinctivequalityintheworld.Inrecentyearsinthedietculture,estheticsart,thetourismandleisure,theexperiencemarketingandrelatedresearchareashavebecomeemergingandareimportantresearchsubjects.Therefore,thisstudywilldiscusstherelatedliteratures“Taiwanesefinefoodcultureintherestaurantindustry”and“consumptionexperience”asfollows:
A.TaiwaneseFineFoodCultureintheRestaurantIndustry
Scarpatothinksthatfinefood(gastronomy)hastwokindsofannotations.Thefirstoneputsitbrieflyis“enjoythebestfoodandthedrink”whichislikely“theDeliciousart”(theartofgoodeating).Anotherexplanationisthatitmayreflectthecookingandfood.Tellströ
