表演形式:

站姿、走姿、蹲姿、坐姿,集体风采展示

电话礼仪(接、打)、行让礼仪、接待礼仪、引领礼仪、介绍礼仪、鞠躬礼仪,情景模拟。

表演人员:

站姿、走姿、蹲姿、坐姿,(部门全体)

电话礼仪(接、打)、行让礼仪、接待礼仪、引领礼仪、介绍礼仪、鞠躬礼仪,(部门全体参与,主角色待定)

礼仪标准:

站姿:

身体立正,抬头、挺胸、收腹,下颌微收,双目平视,两脚成“V”字型,膝和脚后跟尽量靠拢,两脚尖呈30—45度,双手自然放下或交叉

站姿女站姿男

蹲姿:

下蹲时一脚在前,一脚在后,两腿向下蹲,前脚全着地,小腿基本垂直于地面,后脚脚跟提起,脚尖着地。

女性应靠紧双腿。

坐姿:

上体挺直、胸部挺起,两肩放松、脖子挺直,下颌微收,双目平视,两手分别放在双膝上。

男士:

两脚分开、不超肩宽、两脚平行,两手分别放在双膝上
