9.1Sellershallimmediatelynotifythebuyerbyfaxoremailofname、nationalityanddetailsofvesselaftercharterpartyconfirmedbySeller.

卖方在确认承租船后，须立即以传真或者电子邮件方式通知买方包括船名、国籍及所任命船只的详细情况。

9.2TheSellershallundertaketoloadthecontractedgoodsonboardthevesselnominatedbytheSellerwithinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinthisContract.TheactualLAYCANistobefixedbasedonthecountdown7,5,3,2,1day.

卖方应负责将所订货物按照本合同所规定的装船期内装上卖方所指定的船只。

实际装船日必须在倒数7、5、3、2、1天前各一次传真通知。

9.3DischargingTerms卸货条件

9.3.1BuyerguaranteestoprovideonesafeberthattheDischargingPortuponvesselarrivaltoaccommodateavesselwithBeamandLOAasperpermissiblelimitsfordraftatleastofeachshipmentquantity.买方保证在卸货港提供一个安全的泊位使每次装载吨位之货船有足够的长度及水深可以安全靠泊。

9.3.2DischargingRateis10,000MTPerWeatherWorkingDay24consecutivehours,Sunday&

HolidayIncludingbasisVesselshallhaveminimum4Hatches/4Hold.

卸除率，每个工作日连续24小时，包括周日及节假日基础，船舶至少有4个舱口和4个船舱.

9.3.3AttheDischargingport,VesselshallbeconsignedtoaPortAgentnominatedbytheBuyer/SellerandappointedbyOwner,subjecttoOwner’sapprovalforportdisbursement.在卸货港，船舶应委托一个由买方或者卖方提名和船主任命的港口代理，船东支付港口费用。

9.3.4SellerwilladviseBuyeroftheestimatedtimeofarrival（ETA）ofVesselattheDischargingportatleast5dayspriorarrivalatdischargingport.

卖方应至少在船舶到达卸货港前五天通知买方船舶预计到达时间（ETA）。

9.3.5SellerwillarrangeforVessel’sMastertoadvisebyagenttoBuyertheestimatedtimeofarrival（ETA）attheDischargingPortondeparturefromtheloadingport,7days,5days,3days,2daysand24hoursprior.卖方应安排船东在船舶离开装货港后，通知买方的代理人船舶预计到达卸货港的时间（ETA），在预计时间前7天，5天，3天，2天，24小时各通知一次。

9.3.6WrittenNoticeofReadiness（NOR）todischargewillbepresentedbythevesselafterarrivalatthedesignatedanchorageduringnormalofficehoursbetween7:

00PM,sevendaysperweek,providedthatVesselisinfreepracticeandisinallrespectsreadytodischarge.假如货船全面准备好卸货，那么到达指定的停泊港后的母船，必须在正常的办公时间（上午7点到下午4点之间）发出卸货准备的书面通知（NOR）。

9.3.7VesselwillbearrivingwithinasthedesignatedlaydaysandwillbedischargedinprincipalinaccordancewiththeorderofarrivalatDischargingPort.船只应该在指定的装卸时间到达，并根据卸货港的到达指令及规则卸货。

9.3.8Laytimefordischargingwillcommence12hoursafterwrittenNoticeofReadinessistenderedtoBuyer’soffice,whethertheVesselisactuallyberthedornot,oroncommencementofdischargingifsooner.Ifthetwelve（12）hoursturntimeexpiresonamajorChineseHoliday,thenLaytimefordischargingistocommencefrom7:

00AMonnextworkingday,unlessdischargingissoonercommenced.WaitingtimeforberthshallbeincludedintheLaytimeunlessthewaitinghasresultedfromanyactionorinactionbyBuyer;

itisagent,theownerormasteroftheVessel,includingthegrantingofpractice.ShiftingtimefromanchoragetoberthshallnotcountasLaytime.ThetimeisrequiredfortheballastingandforanydelaycausedbyVessel’sinabilitytodischargewillnotcountasLaytime,evenifondemurrage,delaysduetothecausesstipulatedasForceMajeureinaccordancewithArticle11shallnotcountasLaytime.TimeisallowedfordischargingandtobecalculatedonthebasisoftheBillofLadingquantity.Laytimewillceasecountoncompletionofdischarging.

装卸时间应该于给买方办公室的书面通知的12小时后开始，无论船只有无实际停泊，或者在装卸货开始的不久，如果这12小时开始期满于一个主要的中国假日，装卸时间是从下一个工作日的上午7时开始。

除非卸货是很快开始的。

等待泊位时间应包括在装卸时间内，除非因为是等待买方的任何行动或是因为买方不行动而等待。

他是代理人，船只的拥有者或者船长。

包括核准执行。

即使在滞期内，从停泊处移动到泊位的移动时间不应该被算做装卸时间。

任何因为船只压舱所需时间及船只不做为的时间均不能计算为卸货时间。

因第11条不可抗力条款所述之原因所造成的延误，不应计为装卸时间。

卸货时间是被以提单的数量为基础去计算的。

装卸时间应该以卸货的完成时间为准到期。

9.3.9AnycostforovertimeoftheofficersandcrewoftheVesselshallalwaysbetotheaccountofVessel.

任何船上的官员及船员的超时费用应该总是计入船只的账上。

9.3.10TheVesselwillfurnishlightingnecessaryfornightworkonboardtheVesselanditssuitablesafetygangwaywithnet.Vesselisoughttoprovideworkingaccommodationforforemen.OpeningorclosingthehatchcoversshallbeatVessel’scost.

该船只应该在船上提供夜间工作的照明设备和安全的通道。

船只应该为领班提供工作住宿。

打开或关闭舱口盖应含在船舶的成本中。

9.3.11BuyershallbearalltheCostsofdischargingofCoalfromtheVessel.

买方应承担船上煤炭卸货的全部费用。

TheSellermustprovidetheBuyerwiththeVessel’sparticularsintimelymannerpriortoloadingtosecureacceptanceoftheVessel（s）fromtheDischargingPortAuthorities.SuchdetailsarerequiredforontimestorageattheDischargingPort（s）andincludebutarenotlimitedto:

VesselName,Flag,YearofBuilt,NumberofHolds/Hatches,No.ofCranes&

theirCapacity,AssignedNumberandLoadedarrivalDraftattheDischargePortandtheExpectedDateofArrivalattheDischargePort（ETA）.
