III.QUANTITYOFGOODS

3.1Theunitofmeasurementinthiscontractismetrictonsof

3.2QuantityofeachshipmentisinMTW（+/-5%）asperDeliveryinAppendix3.

3.3Thetotalquantityoftobedeliveredisshowninthe

DeliveryScheduleinAppendix3（+/-5%）.

Thegoodswillbedeliveredover12calendarmonthsin

accordancewithDeliveryScheduleinAppendixNo.3hereto.

Thequantityofgoodswillbeconfirmedonacertificate

issuedbytheindependentinternationalsurveycompany“SGS”（SocieteGeneralde

Surveillance）,CIQorCCICatsellersexpense.Otherquantityinspectionsattheportofunloadingshallbeatthebuyersexpense.

Weightforinvoicingpurposesshallbeestablishedbythe

actualnetweight.

anyconsignmentintheportofloading.

VI.DELIVERYTERMSANDPARTIESOBLIGATIONS

6.1TheSellershalldeliverythetotalquantityofgoodswithin

12monthsperiodinaccordancewiththeDeliverySchedule,AppendixNo.3hereto.

6.2TheSellershallstartthedeliveryofthefirstconsignment

inaccordancewiththeProcedure&

Terms,AppendixNo.1hereto.

6.3AllprovisionsincludedintheDeliverySchedulewillbe

6.4ThePartiesmayagreeupontheextensionofthedeliveryperiod.Onthisevent,thePartyresponsibleforthedelays（SellerindeliveryorBuyerinunloading）willhavetobeatthecostsfortheextensionofthevalidityoftheLetterofCreditaswellasthecostsofstorageinthePortofLoading.

6.5ShouldtheBuyerdelaythevesselsforloadingaccordingtoprovisionsinthedeliveryscheduleoraspersub-clause8.3below,theSellerisentitledtostorethegoodsintheportwarehouseandgetaWarehouseReceipt（WR）touseascashingdocumentinste
