1.Thescopeofinstallingandusing

Thisstandardisvalidforbatteryjumpercableoftheroadvehicle,accordingtoTable2,fortheprivatevehiclesandthelightvehicleswiththetotalweightunder3,500kilogram,withelectricsystemfrom12Vto24V.

Thisstandardprescribesthetypes,measuring（pleaseseeTable1）,usage,requirementsandtestforthebatteryjumpercable.

3.Thesafetytechnicalrequirementsandtesting

3.1Thecolormark

Boththelowvoltagecablesofabatteryjumpercablemustbedistinguishedthroughtheredandblackcolormarkoftheclipsclearlyfromeachother.

Furthermorethecablecanbemarkedinredandblack.Iftheelectriccableisfilledsothatthecolormarkingmustbelongstotheoriginalclipscolor.Thesizewhichthenpliersthecolorsymbolizedconsistentlytomaintaintheusingofthesizewhichsymbolizedregardingthecolortobetestedthroughtheexamination.

3.2Thecompleteinsulationoftheclips

Thepoleclipsmustbeinsulated,thataclosedandnoconnectedpoleclipisnotpossibletocontactingwiththeelectricconductivesurfaceoranotherclip.Thiskindofinsulatingperformancetestfromtheclipsinsulationshallbemadethroughavisibleinspection.

3.3Lowvoltageselectriccables

3.3.1Requirement

Thelowvoltageelectriccablemustbesuitableforatemperatureoperationalrangeof

-25~+70℃andaccordingtoDINISO6722Part1&therelatedelectriccableRankAaccordingtoDINISO6722Part2&Part3.

Thelowvoltageelectriccablemustbebearcompletelyunder-25℃withoutitsphysicalessentialflexibleunrolledring-likecharacteristicintheenvironmentatthestartinghelpingcable,beingrackedseriously.

OthertypesoftheflexibleelectriccablewhicharedescribedintheDINISO6722Part3,ifthiskindofelectricalcablearemadewiththedescribedmethodsbytheDINISO6722Part3whichhavethesameratinglateralsectionaswellasDINISO6722Part1andPart2,thentheyaretheallowableelectriccables.

3.3.2Testing

TheverificationlevelwithDINstandardISO6722thefirstpart,thesecondpartandthethirdpartisabletobemadethroughthepatternofatestingattestationsofthecablelist.Thering-likecoiledlowvoltagecable,ringdurchknife（300+5）,willbecooledinatemperatureof25degreesbelowzeroandsubsequentlyracked.

3.4Theclips

Thetestingwillbecarriedthroughwithoutthelowvoltagecable.

3.4.1Theinsulatingenclosureoftheclips.

3.4.1.1Requests

Theinsulatingenclosurefortheclipsmustbeverydifficulttobeburnt,andlaydowninaambienttemperaturefrombelowzero25to70abovezero,andthenthefuel,lubricantandtemperaturemustbeaffirmedinthefollowingdatainTable3.

3.4.1.2Testing

Thestandardtotestthefuel,lubricantandtemperaturemustbeaccordancewiththefollowingtestinthesequenceofTable3.

（a）Thefuelteststandard

TheclipsmustbecompletelyimmersedintheFAMliquidofDINstandard51604-Awithatemperatureof23degrees,（fivedegreesaboveorunder）.

Inthetestliquid,theconductorconnectionmustbeinaccordancewiththeenumeratedforminthefollowingtest,bytheclips,whichareusedincommon,in23degrees（fivedegreesaboveorunder）ofroomtemperaturesconditions,for30seconds,intheaftertestliquidtobecompletedday.（StillbeseeninTable3）

（b）Greaseimmersingteststandard

Theclips,mustaccordtothefollowingDINstandard53,521thesecond

edition,Inthetemperatureenvironmentsof23degrees（fivedegreesaboveorunder）completelyimmersedintheASTMmodelmachineoil.thecoherentclipswhicharepic
