3.CompletionshalltakeplaceonorbeforeandthePropertyistobe

5.ThePurchasershallnotsub-sellthePropertyortransferthebenefitofthisAgreement,whetherbywayofadirectorindirectreservation,rightoffirstrefusal,option,trustorpowerofattorney,nominationoranyothermethod,arrangementordocumentofanydescription,conditionalorunconditional,orenterintoanyagreementsotodobeforethecompletionofthe
saleandpurchaseoftheProperty.
#WhenfixingthedateofsigningoftheFormalAgreementforSaleandPurchase,
买卖双方于订定签订正式买卖合约日期时须参阅下列第八项。
