　　Timeflies,unconsciouslyinbetweennewposthavebeenworkingfortwoyears.两年来，在学校党委、行政的正确领导和大力支持下，在班子成员特别是集团总经理和总支书记的指导、关心和帮助下，我注意加强思想政治学习，不断加强个人修养和党性锻炼，自觉与党中央保持一致;

在工作中我时刻牢记“三服务两育人”的宗旨，恪尽职守、扎实工作，认真抓好分管工作，始终以一名共产党员的标准严格要求自己，努力克服并纠正自身存在的问题，较好地完成了本职工作和领导交办的各项任务，在总揽全局、统筹处理重大问题、协调内外关系和主动开展工作等行政履职能力方面得到了进一步的锻炼和提高。

在同班子其他几位同志的工作协调上，做到真诚相待，互帮互学。

在廉洁自律方面，能够按照上级和党委关于领导干部廉洁自律的各项规定，对自己高标准、严要求，认真规范从政行为，自觉接受监督，始终做到自重、自盛自警、自励。
