1概述
Abstract
辅助蒸汽系统设计一根参数为0.8～1.27MPa、250～350℃的辅助蒸汽联箱。
主要向汽轮机、锅炉侧提供蒸汽源。
Auxiliarysteamsystemdesignedoneauxiliarysteamboxheaderwhichcanbear0.8~1.27Mpapressure,250℃~350℃steam.Thesystemsupplysteamtoboilerandturbineuser.
1.1辅助蒸汽系统主要向以下用户提供汽源：
Auxiliarysteamsystemismainlysupplyingsteamtothefollowingusers:
a.机组启动时加热除氧器
Supplyingsteamtodeaeratorandheatingthefeedingwaterfortheunitinitialstartup
b.机组启动时向轴封系统提供蒸汽
Supplyingsteamtoturbineglandsealsystemfortheunitstartup
c.低负荷时，向小汽轮机提供启动蒸汽
SupplyingsteamtoBFPTatthelowerload
d.向2号机组提供辅助蒸汽
SupplyingsteamtoUnit2auxiliarysteamheader
e.向磨煤机提供消防蒸汽
Supplyingsteamtomillsforfirefighting
f.向燃油系统提供吹扫蒸汽
Supplyingsteamtofueloilpurgingsystem
g.向送风机暖风器提供加热蒸汽

1.2辅助蒸汽气源主要由以下供给：
Sourcesofauxiliarysteamwillbeasfollows:
a.启动锅炉，本期工程安装一台35t/h容量的启动锅炉，向机组各个用户例如除氧
器加热，汽轮机轴封等提供蒸汽，额定启动锅炉压力为1.27Mpa，温度为350℃。
启动锅炉供给辅助蒸汽联想的蒸汽流量由安装在启动锅炉向辅助蒸汽母管供汽管道中间的控制阀门来控制。
Start-upboiler，Oneauxiliaryboilerwithcapacityof35t/hwillbeequippedforthisprojectinordertosupplysteamtoallnecessaryconsumerpointssuchasDeareatorheatingandsteamturbineglandsteamduringtheunitstartingup.Theratedsteampressureofauxiliaryboileris1.27MPa,andtemperatureis350℃.Thecontrolvalvewillbeprovidedintheoutletpipingofaux.boilerfeedwaterpumptocontrolsteamflow.
b.冷再，冷再参数满足辅助蒸汽系统参数要求时，辅助蒸汽系统蒸汽将由冷再供给
一般情况下，机组启动过程中或者低负荷或者机组FCB后带小岛运行条件下，汽轮机旁路处于投入运行状态，这时可以根据需要将辅助蒸汽气源切换至冷再供给。
Coldreheat（10LBG12BR002）,Andthesteamwillbesuppliedbycoldreheatsteamsystemwhenthepressureandtemperaturemeettherequirementoftheauxiliarysteamsystem.Theauxiliarysteamwillbesuppliedfromcoldreheatsteampipingatthefollowingconditions.
Theturbinebypasssystemlaunchduringtheperiodofunitstart-uporlowloadoperationortheunitloadrejectionandrunningwithhouseloadoperation.
Asperflowdirection,thefollowingaccessoriesareequippedonthepipingforrespectivefunction:
Aflowmeasurementnozzle（1LBG12CF001）isinstalledonthispipetomeasurethesteamquantitysuppliedbytheCRHsteam.Anelectricmotoroperatedisolatingvalve（1LBG12AA110）isinstalledbeforethepressureregulatingvalve.Apressureregulatingvalve（1LBG12AA210）isdesignedonthepipingthatisusedtokeepdownstreaminaproperpressurerange0.8~1.27MPa.Acheckvalve（1LBG12AA010）isinstalledaftertheregulatingvalveinordertopreventthesteamflowbacktoturbineoncethevalvewasoperatedimproperlyduringoperation,Anelectricmotoroperatedisolatingvalve（1LBG12AA120）isinstalledafterthecheckvalvetoisolatethepipingfromtheheader.
c.主机四段抽汽,根据辅助蒸汽系统需要，当四段抽汽蒸汽参数满足辅助蒸汽系统参数要求时，可以将四段抽汽作为辅助蒸汽汽源。
Thereisanothersteamsupplypiping（10LBG11BR010）thatisdesignedfromtheNo.4extractionsteamtoauxiliarysteamheader.Andbasethesteamconsumptionrequirement,whentheunitloadincreasedandextractionsteamparametersmeettherequirementoftheauxiliarysteamsystem,thesteamcanbesuppliedbyNo.4extractionsteam;

2.1调试目的
Commissioningobject
a.清除锅炉、汽轮机辅助蒸汽用户相关管道内焊渣、铁锈等固体颗粒物。
确保辅助蒸汽系统吹扫干净。
Tocleaningweldingslag,rustsolidparticulatemattersexistinpipesofauxiliarysteamuser.Tomakesuretheauxiliarysteamsystemblowingcleanly.
b.系统阀门正确动作。
Tomakesureallthevalvesofsystemcanbeoperationcorrectly,andthestateofsiteandDCSareconsistent.
c.系统测点通道校对正确、测点量程正确。
TomakesurethatalltheI/OpointsofsiteandDCSareconsistent.
d.辅助蒸汽系统能够正确的投入运行。
Tomakesurethatthesystemcanbeputtingintooperationcorrectly.
2.2调试范围

Thisstepismainlytoblowingtheauxiliarysteamheader.Andtomakesuretheauxiliarysteamheadercleanly,generallythesteamblowingshouldnolessthan3times,andtheintervalbetweentwoblowingshouldbenolessthan10minutessothattheheadercooledenough.Andthentheweldingslag,rustsolidparticulatestickintheinnersurfaceofauxiliaryheadercanbepullingoff.AndtheblowingwillbecontrolledbythemotorvalveJ0LBG12AA110.

启动锅炉蒸汽管道→辅汽联箱→冷再管道→临时排汽管排放→大气

Instruction:
Thisstepismainlytoblowingthepipesfromthecoldreheattoauxiliarysteamheader,andthepipeisblowingbyreversedirection.Andtheblowingismainlycontrolledbythemotorvalve10LBG12AA210.Mostimportantisthattheflowmeter,pneumaticregulationvalveandcheckvalveinsideshouldberemovedbeforeblowingwhichcanbeprotectionthevalveandthemeterandalsocankeeptheblowingmoreeffective.
第四步：
辅助蒸汽、冷再供小机供汽管道吹扫，四抽供除氧器、四抽供辅助蒸汽管道、四抽供小机供汽管道吹扫
a、辅汽联箱→辅汽至小机（BFPT）供汽管道→小机（BFPT）进汽电动门→冷再至小机供汽管道（反向吹扫）→临时管道→大气;
b、辅助蒸汽母管→四抽至辅助蒸汽母管供汽管道→四抽至除氧器供汽管道→除氧器安全门排放管道→大气;
c、辅助蒸汽母管→四抽供辅助蒸汽管道、辅助蒸汽供小机管道，四抽供小机管道→四抽供除氧器管道→临时管道→大气

b、辅助蒸汽联箱→轴封供汽母管→低压缸I、II轴封供汽管道→临时管→大气。
c、辅助蒸汽联箱→轴封供汽母管→小汽轮机轴封供汽管道→临时管→大气。
Sixthstep:
