Therehasalwaysbeenanargumentbetweentheyoungandtheoldaboutwhatkindoflifetolive-realisticorromantic.Youngpeopletendtothinkthatreallifeisasdramaticandfascinatingasitisinthenovelsandmovieswhilemoreexperiencedadultsthinkthisnaivedaydreamiscertaintobebrokenbylaterexperiencesandeveryoneshouldlearntogetusedtothedullroutineofhiseverydaylife（日常生活）.

However,therearesomeinadequacies（n.不适当,不十分,不完全）intheopinionsonthepartofbothsides.Lifewillbeunimaginableifeverythingwedoisonlyforrealisticpurpose,andthesameistrueifwhatwedoeverydayisjusttoenjoyourselves.Soit’snotdifficultforustoseethatneitherwaycanensureahappylife.

Inmyopinion,arealhappylifecanneverbeseparatedfromeitherofthetwoways.Ontheonehand,let’senjoylife,enjoytheexcitementofsports.Ontheotherhand,let’snotforgetourwork.Happylifecannevergowithouthardwork.

2.Fast　Food

FastfoodisbecomingmorepopularinChina,especiallyamongchildrenandteenagers.Today,it'scertainlydifficulttothinkofanyothersinglethingthatrepresentsthefastpace（快速的步伐）of　modernsocietyaspowerfullyasfastfood.

Thereareseveralreasonsforitspopularity.First,itisveryconvenientandsavesalotoftime.　Thetrendsofmodernsocietyseemtoallpointtooneultimategoal—savingtime,andfastfood　wellservesthispurpose.Youjustgointoafastfoodrestaurant,orderyourfood,andyourfoodis　readyinnotime.Youcaneithereatitthereortakeitaway.Second,itspopularityisalsoattributedtothecleanandcomfortableenvironmentoffastfoodrestaurants,theexcellentservice（优良服务）,andtheguaranteedquality（保证品质）offood.

However,intermsofnutrition（从营养学角度来说）,fastfoodisfarfromsatisfactory.Itusuallydoesnotcomposeabalanceddietandislowinnutritionalvalue.Thus,doctorssuggestthatpeople,especiallychildren,eatfastfoodaslittleaspossible.Althoughcookingathomeistime-consuming（adj.耗费时间的）andthefollowingwashing-up（n.洗涤）tiresome（adj.令人厌倦的,讨厌的）,itoffershealthyanddeliciousmealsyourbodylikesandneeds.Fastfoodisonlyagoodchoicewhenyouareinahurryandturntoitonceinawhile.
