Abstract:

Thispaperpresentsinformationdisseminationofagriculturaltechnologypromotioninthepromotionofagriculturaltechnologyandagriculturaldevelopmentoftheimportantroleofagriculturalscienceandtechnologythatthecurrentprimarymeansofinformationdisseminationandproblems.Thattherearefourinformationdisseminationofagriculturaltechnologydevelopmenttrends:

agriculturalscienceandtechnologytheamountofinformationasignificantincrease,moreprecise,variouschannelsofinformationdisseminationofagriculturalscienceandtechnologywillgreatlyenhancetheabilityoffarmerstoimprovethequalityofagriculturalscienceandtechnologyinformationwillstabwithrate;networkinformationplatformwillbebetterutilized.

Todaycompetitionisnotonlythenumberofinternationalagriculturalcompetition.Importantisthequalityofcompetition.EspeciallyintheaccessiontoWTO.Inordertoprotectthesafetyoftheiragriculturalmarkets.Developedcountriescontinuetoimprovethetechnicalbarriers.Themorestringenttestingstandards.China’sagriculturalproductsininternationaltraderestrictionsandrepeatedlyreturntoimprovingthequalityofagriculturalproductsdependsontheapplicationandpromotionofagriculturalscienceandtechnology.Thisisinseparablefromthedisseminationofagriculturalscienceandtechnology,so.Agriculturalscienceandtechnologyandtobroadenthechannelswillacceleratetheeffectiveuseofagriculturalscienceandtechnologyintoproductivityandinternationalcompetitivenessofthespeed.

2.2networkwillbecomeanirreplaceableagriculturalscienceandtechnologyinformationdisseminationchannels

Inrecentyears.Withthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology.ComputerandnetworkinformationdisseminationinagriculturalscienceandtechnologyplayanincreasinglyimportantroleAlthoughPCpenetrationisfarlowerthantraditionaltelevisionandradioandothercommunicationtools(Table2),butthepaceofdevelopmentofnetworkandinformationdisseminationThespeedandbreadthofview.AgriculturalscienceandtechnologyinformationnetworkwillbespreadinthetraditionalcommunicationchannelsplayanirreplaceableroleaccordingtotheNationalBureauofStatistics,2006,everyhundredruralareasinthecomputerhasacapacityof2.7units,anincreaseof0.6unitsoverthepreviousyear.AccordingtoChinaInternetNetworkInformationCenter(CNNIC)survey.ToJune2007.RuralInternetusersreached3741million,Internetpenetrationrateof5.1%:

thesameperiodofurbannetizensreached125millionpeople.Internetpenetrationratereached21.6%.ThelevelofInternetdevelopmentinruralareasandurbandisparities.However,narrowingthegapbetweennetizenswhoworkwithfarmerstoincreasethenumber,thecomputerpenetrationrateinruralareaswillbeonabigstage.

2.3AgriculturalTechnologyExtensionStationhasplayedasignificantroleWiththeemphasisonthedevelopmentofagriculturalscienceandtechnology.NationalagriculturalextensionsystemisbeingcompletedatalllevelstheroleofagriculturalextensionservicesgreatlyenhancedTable1showsthattheagriculturalscienceandtechnologyinformation,interpersonalcommunicationaccountsforabout1/3.Whichdominatedthetowngovernmentagriculturalextensionservices.Goodresponsefromfarmersstartingtheendof2007.Chinabeganimplementingtheinformationcaravan,trainingclassroomsandcomprehensiveinformationserviceofagriculturalinformationforfarmersandotheragriculturalpilotinformationtechnologytodisseminateinformationonagriculturalscienceandtechnology.Tobecomefarmerstolearnanimportantchannelforpracticalagriculturaltechnology.

3agriculturalscienceandtechnologyinformationdisseminationofthemainissuesAlthoughtheinformationdisseminationofagriculturaltechnologyhasmadesomeachievements,buttherearestillsomeproblemscannotbeignoredFirst,thecurrentagriculturalscienceandtechnologymorethantheamountofinformation.However,someinformationcontentincomplete.Tonotetheimplementationprocessorapplicationwillnotadverselyimpactfarmersknow:
