经管院博士研究生科研业绩的记分办法

学术研究是博士生的核心工作之一，也是评定奖学金的重要依据。

为了调

动博士生科研积极性，鼓励发表高水平的研究论文、申报和承担国家自然、社

会科学基金等科研项目，特制定本办法。

以下不同等级科研成果的人民币数额，仅仅是为了统计记分的方便。

一、作者排序的计算方法

1、 作者单位署名是西南交通大学唯一冠名的，100%；当作者有两个署名单位

时，西南交通大学作为第一署名单位冠名的，60%；西南交通大学作为第二

署名单位冠名的，40%。

2、 合作者的得分计算

一般的计算公式为：

W（i） = 2（n + 1 - i）/n（n+1），i = 1, 2, ..., n （排名）；  n 表示合作者数。

3、 国外学术期刊，若有 N 个合作者，且作者按字母序署名，每个作者的得分

为 1/N，否则按上面的公式计算。

二、论文、论著及科研奖项

（一）学术论文及论著

1. 国际期刊学术论文

（1）A+级学术期刊：

每篇 15 万元

（2）A 级学术期刊：

每篇 8 万元

（3）B+级学术期刊：

每篇 5 万元

（4）B 级学术期刊：

每篇 3 万元

（5）SCI/SSCI 经济、管理类学术期刊：

每篇 1.5 万元

（6）被其他国际主要期刊数据库（ABI、EBSCO、ProQuest、EI）所收录的

经济管理类学术期刊论文：

每篇 5 仟元

（7）其他匿名审稿的经济管理类外文学术期刊论文：

每篇 2 仟元

注：

国际期刊目录见附录一。

2. 国内学术论文、论著奖励

（1）A 级：

在被学院定义的 A 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文，每篇 2 万元。

（2）B 级：

在被学院定义的 B 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为著而正式出版的

学术著作，每部 1 万元。

（3）C 级：

在被学院定义的 C 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为编著而正式出版

的学术著作，每部 5 仟元（A、B、C 级见附录二）。

（4）D 级：

在被学院定义的 D 级（见附录三）上发表的学术论文、被 EI 收录的经济、

管理类学术期刊论文，每篇 2 仟元。

（5）E 级

除 D 级以外的其他“CSSCI 期刊”和“中国科学引文数据库核心库和引文库

（CSCD）来源期刊”上发表的经济、管理类学术论文，每篇 1 仟元。

说明：

所有发表论文均以见刊为准，且不重复累积计算

（二）科研获奖

由经济管理学院教师作为项目负责人完成的科研获奖，博士生属于证书获

得者，根据级别可以获得如下数额（博士生本人应计数额，参照“一、作者排

序的计算方法”计算）。

1．A 级（国家级奖）

A1：

国家一级（一等）：

每项 30 万元

A2：

国家二级（二等）：

每项 20 万元

A3：

国家三级（三等）：

每项 10 万元

A4：

国家四级（四等）：

每项 5 万元

2． B 级（省、部级奖）

B1：

省部一级（一等）：

每项 2 万元

B2：

省部二级（二等）：

每项 1 万元

B3：

省部三级（三等）：

每项 0.3 万元

注：

由多人完成的项目，参照论文作者排序的计算方法计算权重。

三、科研项目

1.科研项目管理：

凡以西南交通大学或西南交通大学经济管理学院名义

进行的科研项目，必须服从学校关于科研项目管理的各项规定。

如有违反，一

经发现并确认后，违者将按学校的有关规定处理。

2.国家级项目：

（1） 由我院博士生主持的国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项

目、国家自然科学基金创新群体项目、教育部创新团队项目、以及其他国家级

基金项目（注：

申请人的单位为西南交通大学），按照获资助金额的 20%计算。

（2） 项目立项时计算 50%，项目结题后计算 50%，在项目资助期间内，

每年具体计算数额，可由本人提出申请，报学院批准并备案。

3.由我院博士生主持的其他资助项目（注：

申请人的单位为西南交通大

学）：

（3） 省部级项目和国家级子课题：

4 千元；

（4） （单列）市级项目：

2 千元

（5） 超过 10 万元（含 10 万元）的横向项目：

2 千元

该经费分两次计算，项目立项时计算 50%，项目结题时计算剩余的 50%。
