Anoverview
Intelligentmanufacturingdeepinartificialintelligenceresearch.Generallythinkthatintelligenceisthesumofknowledgeandintelligence,theformeristhebasisofintelligence,thelatteristheabilitytoacquireandapplyknowledgetosolve.Intelligentmanufacturingshouldcontainintelligentmanufacturingtechnologyandintelligentmanufacturingsystem.
Theintelligencetechniqueofmanufactureisrefersusingthecomputersimulationmarksintelligentactivitiessuchasexpert’sanalysis,judgment,inference,ideaanddecision-makingandsoon,andfusesorganicallytheseintelligentactivityandtheintelligentmachine,appliesitspenetrationinentiremanufactureenterprise’seachsubsystem(e.g.managementdecision-making,purchase,productdesign,productiveplan,manufacture,assembly,qualityassuranceandmarketsaleandsoon).Realizestheentiremanufactureenterprisetomanagetheoperationhighlyflexibilityandintegration,thussubstitutesorextendsinthemanufactureenvironmentexpert’spartialmentallabor,andcarriesonthecollection,thememory,theconsummation,sharing,theinheritanceandthedevelopmentofthemanufacturingindustryexpert’sintelligentinformation,enhancestheproductionefficiencyenormouslyandtheadvancedtechniqueofmanufacture.
TheintelligentmanufacturesystemisrefersbasedonIMT(intelligentmanufacturingtechnology),bythecomputersynthesisapplicationartificialintelligencetechnology(e.g.artificialneuralnetworks,geneticalgorithmandsoon),theintelligencemanufacturemachine,theagenttechnology,theparallelprojects,thelifesciencesandthesystemsengineeringtheoryandthemethod,intheinternationalstandardizationandinterchangeablefoundation,causestheentireenterprisetomakeeachsubsystemtointellectualizeseparately,andcausesthemanufacturesystemtoformbythenetworkintegrates,thehighautomatedonekingofmanufacturesystem.
Intelligentmanufacturingsystemcannotonlyinpracticeconstantlyenrichtheknowledgebase,havethefunctionofself-learning,andcollectingandunderstandingofenvironmentalinformationanditsinformation,analysisandjudgmentandtheabilitytoplantheiractions.
Thebasicprinciple
Startingfromtheessentialfeatureofintelligentmanufacturingsystemindistributedmanufacturingnetworkenvironment,accordingtothebasicideaofdistributedintegration,IntheapplicationofdistributedartificialintelligencetheoryandmethodofmultiAgentsystem,realizeflexiblemanufacturingunitoftheintelligentandflexiblemanufacturingsystembasedonnetworkintelligentintegration.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofthedistributionsystemofisomorphisminalocalareaformsforrealizingintelligentmanufacturingsystembasedontheactualalsoreflectstheinternet-basedglobalmanufacturingtherealizationoftheintelligentmanufacturingsystemmodelunderthenetworkenvironment.
TheoverallideaofdistributedIMSnetwork:
IMSistheessentialcharacteristicsoftheindividualmanufacturingunitof"autonomy"andthesystemasawhole"self-organizingability",itsbasicpatternisdistributedmoreintelligentsystem.Basedonthisunderstanding,andconsideringtheinternet-basedglobalmanufacturingnetworkenvironment,weputforwardtheAgentbaseddistributedIMSnetwork'sbasicidea,asshowninfigure1.Ontheonehand,throughtheAgentgiveautonomytoeachmanufacturingunit,makingitafullyfunctional,autonomy,anindependententity;Ontheotherhand,throughthecoordinationandcooperationbetweentheAgent,givessystemself-organizationability.
MultiAgentsystemimplementationpatternofthesystemiseasytodesign,implementationandmaintenance,reducethecomplexityofthesystem,enhancethesystem'srestructuring,scalabilityandreliability,andimprovetheflexibility,adaptabilityandagilityofthesystem.
Basedontheaboveframework,combinedwiththeCNCmachiningsystem,developmentandapplicationofdistributednetworkprototypesystembysystemmanager,missionplanning,designandproducersoffournodes.
Systemsmanagernodeincludingtwodatabaseserver,databaseserverandAgentsystemisresponsibleforthemanagementoftheentireglobaldatabase,availableforaccessofnodesintheprototypesystemfordataquery,read,storageandretrievaloperations,andforeachnodefordataexchangeandsharing,toprovideapublicsystem,theAgentisresponsibleforthesysteminthenetworkandtheexternalinteraction,throughtheWebserverontheInternethomepageofthesystem,userscanaccessonlinehomepagetheinformationrelatedtoobtainingthesystem,andaccordingtotheirownneeds,todecidewhetherthesystemistomeettheserequirements,thesystemoftheAgentisalsoresponsibleformonitoringtheinteractionsbetweenthevariousnodesonprototypesystem,suchasrecordandreal-timedisplayofsendingandreceivingmessagesbetweennodes,taskexecution,etc.
MissionplanningnodesbythetaskmanageranditsAgent(taskmanagerAgent),itsmainfunctionistotaskplanning,fromtheInternetisdecomposedintoseveralsubtasks,andthenthroughthewayofbidding,biddingtothetaskallocationofeachnode.
DesignnodebyCADtoolsanditsproxyAgent(design),itprovidesagoodman-machineinterfacesothatdesignerscaneffectivelyandcomputerinteraction,commontocompletethedesigntask.CADtoolstohelpdesignpersonnelaccordingtouserrequirementsforproductdesign;DesignedtheAgentisresponsibleforonlineregistration,cancellationregistration,databasemanagement,interactionwithothernodes,decidewhethertoacceptthedesigntaskandsubmitatasktotaskthesender.

(1)anynetworkusercanaccesstheprototypesystemofthehomepageforinformationaboutthesystem,butalsothroughthefilloutandsubmituserorderformprovidedbythesystemhomepageissuedorderstothesystem;
(2)ifreceivedandacceptthenetworkuser'sorders,Agentsystemistobedepositedintheglobaldatabase,fromtheglobaldatabase,missionplanningnodescantakeouttheorder,missionplanning,thetaskdecompositionintoseveralsubtasks,andassignthesesubtasksprototypesystemaccessnodes;(3)productdesignsubtasksareassignedtodesignnode,thenodethroughgoodhuman-computerinteractiontocompleteproductdesignsub-tasks,generatethecorrespondingCAD/CAPPdataanddocuments,andnccode,andthesedataanddocumentsintheglobaldatabase,finallysubmitthesubtaskstomissionplanningnodes;(4)processingsubtasksareassignedtoproducers,oncethesubtaskswasacceptedbytheproducersnodes,machineAgentwillbeallowedtoreadthenecessarydatafromtheglobaldatabase,andtotransferthedatatotheprocessingcenter,processingcenter,accordingtothesedataandcommandtofinishprocessingthesubtasks,andtherunningstatusinformationtransmittedtothemachineAgent,machineAgentreturnstheresulttothemissionplanningnodes,submitthesubtask;(5)inthesystemduringtherunningofthewhole,theAgentistheinteractionbetweenthevariousnodesinthesystemforrecording,suchasmessagesendingandreceiving,aglobaldatabasedatareadandwrite,querythenodename,type,address,ability,andtaskcompletion,etc.(6)Networkclientcanunderstandorderexecutionandresults.
Thedevelopment
